The fact that Jonathan Bailey was nominated tells me that SAG really loved Wicked. This tells me that Ariana has a good chance of securing the win for supporting actress. The only reason Zoe won at Golden Globes is because they're more international biased. Which tells me that Zoe might win at BAFTA, while Ariana carries SAG, CC, and ultimately The Oscar.
@@PhoenixDad14Yeah. But what if Bailey makes it in and Pierce doesn't, that shows that the academy's tastes have clearly leaned towards Wicked. I believe it's the film that they want. Same with the sequel.
It truly was, that's why the acting branch of the screen actors Guild of the academy love this film and I can see all three actors getting nominated at the Oscars and 13 nominations total. Lucky number 13. Let's go. Wicked at the Oscars is unlimited. Let's go.
I keep posting this under SAG reaction videos so anybody watching a lot of them might get annoyed with me 😂but...Sing Sing is only getting acting noms for Domingo because most of the other cast are playing themselves. Deserving as the performances are, people judge them differently when they see "as himself" in the credits. I still think it has a chance for Picture.
Wicked is the biggest musical since Chicago, it's winning Ensemble, supporting actress, maybe actress and maybe supporting actor if he upsets Kieran Culkin. It's definitely going to be Wicked because they nominated it in more categories, it's also the combination that everything everywhere all at once had and won 4 off of. Won even if it doesn't do well the critics Choice Awards, it's still taking a sag and can win off of SAG alone because of how strong the cast is and how everyone gets something to do. That's a good utilization of its cast.
That should be the name of the third film, it's the one where they don't release it and Paul has to confront Timothee Chalamet fighting the greatest villain he's ever fought, the director Denis Villeneuve who threats to quit filmmaking after the third one. Pam Anderson has globe and Sag, and nicole kidman has globe and maybe bafta, and Winslet has Globe and probably bafta. but Jolie is definitely out. she doesnt have Sag or Bafta with a loss at globes. if she had just won it would look like a nom but she didnt
Adrien Brody, Timmy Chalemet, Colman Domingo, Ralph Feines and daniel craig look like our 5 but sebastian stan could get in for the apprentice or different man. but he missed critics choice, Sag and will probably miss bafta but no actor really looks like they can get in

@@braedanrosenow2807 Stan will probably get nominated for BAFTA. He can't split votes with himself there as he's only longlisted for The Apprentice, and The Apprentice has a strong showing with 6 nominations - best film, original screenplay, lead and supporting actor, casting and makeup & hair. BAFTA also has 6 slots. I can't see him missing out while both Craig and Grant get in (Heretic does have a screenplay nomination, but that's not much compared to The Apprentice' showing). It's just like the original and it feels like they already awarded Dune with the first one. They're not going to give any to. Its sequel if it doesn't stand out in its own way. As visually breathtaking and technically masterful this film as visually breathtaking and technically masterful this film is, it's really no different from the original in terms of energy and feel. It also came out earlier during the year and feels like it could only get four nominations. They're all technical nominations and they might snub it for best picture simply because of the genre bias. Sci-fi and horror films are films they are more hesitant towards while musicals are a fan favorite staple of the academy.
It's a personal preference for musical performances and he had a decent amount of depth to him. Him? He's also a double nominee for bridgerton so he's probably going to win by upsetting Culkin like Jamie Lee Curtis did to Angela Bassett.

It's also not even really a musical, it follows the beats of a basic musical biopic that checks all the boxes for nominations, if there's a win for this film, it's Chalamet. That's it. Wicked is winning Ensemble, supporting actress, actress and supporting actor. All the stunts in that film were done practically so it could win stunts too.
