Based on your inputs, the below rates are the MINIMUM survivable rate per KM for truck owners at current diesel prices
10 wheel open truck or 32ft mxl - Rs.50/km
12 wheel open truck or 32ft txl - RS.55/km
14 wheel open truck or 32ft qxl - Rs. 60/km
Loss making places or less rate fetching places like Coimbatore, Tuticorin, Kolkatta, Guwhati etc etc must give minimum Rs. 40/km for 10wheel truck, Rs. 45/km for 12 wheel truck and Rs. 50/km for 14 wheel truck.
But, the above rates can only be a dream!!! If it comes to reality, trucking can survive better.

The insurance premium is very low as compared with four wheelers like pickup and Tata ace.And no toll fee is collected for these types of three wheeler segment as well as nos of tyre is also three in nos so tyre maintenance costs also less.So, kindly suggest me how to calculate all these parameters and how to fix transport LMV. Hope ,you will reply my doubts.
