Did not make any sense. Which direction is the beveled compressing adapter supposed to be on??? Does the beveled side go closer to the poly tubing or thepvc side?

It's so easy, now let me show you 5 different size fittings that are within 1/4" of each other. I really can't stand plumbing and all the different sizes and what it has become... cast, copper, PVC, pex... solder, crimp, o-ring, sharkbite... too complicated
