Thanks for posting, after I had watched this I purchased a set for a Tamiya Stug 111. I didn't want to use plastic tracks, glad I made the change, look great and the sag I think makes the model look right . Enjoy your videos as they are so well produced. Regards John.
The 1/35 scale tracks look very EASY and probably are. Try the easy link in 1/48 for the Panzer IV and Panzer III variants. They are a nightmare and require a LOT of clean up. Demonstrate those and you'll see what I mean.
Back again after two years having tried both the Fruil and Masterclub and these. The Fruil were findley, and I felt a thick CA would have given a better result, but easy to apply too much glue and make them stiff. Comparing them all I think the Master Club are perhaps the best, at least no glue required and those pins are not too bad to fit, even when you have limited sight in one eye. Be nice to know what you feel . Regards John .
thats not a new idea this is like the very first system of Friul ! This dont work for long time because it will lenghtned over time and will crack after a while because the weight of the tracks is to heavy for the pins !!
i would like to have model tank with metal tracks so i can roll it around on my desk and entertain my man child side :P but i think they would need to be a bit durable and not separate easily.

+tomrace16 Thanks John. Glad you're enjoying them.

Yep - that's probably a fair point.

Yes, the Masterclubs are fine if the resin pins fit perfectly. We had one set that needed re-drilling but mostly they've been perfect.
Unfortunately they don't do the range that Friul produce 😞
They look great. I do wonder how these stand up to blackenit or other burnishing treatments.
+F.W. Sauerteig We'll try & do a demo soon. Good idea to test them - thanks.
my question is if they act the same as other brands such and friul and Master Club when it comes to burnishing fluid
Will let you know. Going to burnish them soon, likely to be the same but will post an update.
the only problem is that metal tracks almost cost same as the model kit itself, or sometimes even more expensive.
Özgün Demir Yeah, I am looking at Zvezdas MSTS-A. $25 USD, the tracks are $34 USD.
Give the Link to Purchase these Tracks please.
The supplier, Historex Agents, doesn’t seem to stock more than a couple of references anymore sadly. Maybe check with Easy Metal Links themselves?
@@scalewarmachines do they have a website? Searching results in nothing viable.
Any for a church hill mark 7
+glen-ross mullen pretty sure they'll do that.
Look great...where can you buy them in the USA?
Not really sure. Their website is under construction (www.easymetallinks.eu/). They are available via UK firm www.historexagents.com/yt if not.
Just too expensive for me at least ...good luck...thanks for the video though..going with spade ace
Won't the bent over pins look unrealistic?
+mailperson Funnily enough you don't really notice it. When we used them on the Pz.III they worked & weren't unrealistic...they're mainly concealed.

Why not plastic...
Good looking, easy assembly, almost 0 modeling value at very high price.
in my opinion its a very reasonable price and I think its a good system for probably the most annoying part of armor building
