at 10:40 i was under the impression that priority could only be used on the monster that was summoned, after looking around at examples online, nobody ever uses this scenario as an example. the rules that i saw didn't say you COULDN'T do this but i'm wondering if someone has something more definitive than my vibes

Player has priority not cards that’s why you see people will summon a monster call priority with Vayu in the graveyard and chain their own torrential tribute to make dupe frogs miss timing.
