- Saudi Aramco Residential Camp in Dhahran, known as the Dhahran Camp, is the residential community built by Saudi Aramco for its employees.
Saudi Aramco is Saudi Arabia National petroleum and natural gas company.
ഇവിടെ അപ്പാർട്മെന്റിൽ നിൽകുമ്പോൾ കുറെ നാളേക്ക് ഈ കോമ്പൗണ്ട് ലൈഫിനെ കുറിച്ച് അറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു ..അങ്ങിനെ ഒരു തവണ ഫ്ലാറ്റുലേക്കു used furniture വാങ്ങാൻ വേണ്ടി expatriates.co എന്ന വെബ്‌സൈറ്റിൽ നമ്പർ കണ്ടു വിളിച്ചു പോയപ്പോഴാണ് അത് ഒരു കോമ്പൗണ്ടിലെ വില്ല anennu അറിഞ്ഞത്.
ആദ്യമായി ഇവിടെ ദമ്മാമിൽ ഒരു കോമ്പൗണ്ടിലേക്കു എന്റർ ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ വിശ്വസിക്കാനാവാത്ത ഒരു ഫീൽ ആയിരുന്നു ..നമ്മുടെ നാട്ടിലെ അതെ atmosphere. പിന്നീട് പല അവസരങ്ങള്‌ലായി പല Compounds കാണാൻ പറ്റി .
അതിൽ അവ്ശ്വസനീയമായിരുന്നു Aramco Compound . ഒരു വലിയ ലോകമാണ് .ട്യൂഷൻ എടുക്കാൻ അവസരം കിട്ടിയപ്പോൾ പോയതായിരുന്നു.
I got a chance to visit Saudi Aramco Compound in Dhahran Hills, Dammam. it was such a beautiful experience to see this residential area and residents.

My dad worked for Aramco for 35 years this was my every summer n Diwali vacation. Totally love Aramco we enjoyed every facility. It's surprising how you've videoed as its not permitted.
My father worked for UPM University of Petroleum and Minerals in the 70's we lived in Damman and had many friends who worked for Aramco. The compound was big then but looks alot bigger now. I lived in Saudi Arabia my young life from age 1-9 I loved it! Half moom bay was our regular beach. Khobar was fantastic! Great times❤
i used to live at these houses few year's ago, until i moved into jam3a neighborhood, i miss the old times there 🥺
I live in Daharan camp for 10 years. I live on Berri lane and north 7th street. I miss it so much.

Disadvantages of living in udhailiayh:
1-Food is expensive
2-There are no variations of food suppliers and vendors.
3-No famous food restaurants like burger king, mcdonalds, etc etc.
4-the camp is dead and has no social life.
5-even though the nearest city is 50 kilometers away, the camp is not considered as remote area and employees are not getting remote area allowance.
6-the movies shown at the theater are old.
7-Medical service provider is bad and insurance does not cover dental jobs.
8-some apartments smells bad because its wooden wall and floor.
