I was sweating bullets today since my window wouldn't roll up today on my 91 4runner, You great video quality gave me the confidence to take it apart clean it and put it back together. It fixed my window not rolling up. and made the switches work better (they were sluggish before) Thanks for being my hero today.
My right rear (RR) window switch on the driver’s side is intermittent. Is this an indication that it needs cleaning? I’m reluctant to do it as the rest of the switches are fine. Any guidance?
this turned out to be my problem. My switch contacts were all full of burnt up carbon dust. a bit of scrubbing and rubbing alcohol did the trick. All four windows roll up and down now.

hello , is it normal those switches are hot when you touch it ? i mean without the black button on , when you actually try them holding the white part
