I really hope you check out rms mixtape/playlist "mono", jhopes mixtape "hope world" and sugas mixtape "agust d". They're really different and so so diverse! I think you'll have fun listening to them.
Absolutely to your list! A banger! And i think the same,j Hope in this song.. god! I LOVE the last part too. And yes, RM DO YOU,PERSONA. SUGA AGUST D. J HOPE MAMA! It is just a beautiful song!
Hey! Just wanted to let you know that Jaeguchi is a really unreliable channel to react to. They're more focused on being the first to upload than being accurate and they don't update videos when they're wrong cause they just want the views.
RM’s part was tear as in crying, and his verse was all about the depression part of breaking up. Suga’s part was tear as in ripping, and his verse is about the anger of a break up. Hobi’s part is fear, and it’s the fear of never loving again. Yes, Suga did his own singing backing part. He did a lot of singing in this song. RM said Suga’s the one who worked the hardest for this song. Hobi’s verse is godly. RM wrote the lyrics, and he’s the one who made the differences of the tear versions.
Great explanation, however, RM has said that the song isn’t actually about a break-up but, rather, introspective love. They’re rapping about the struggle of learning to love oneself, not other people ☺️
This was absolutely J-hope's song. Even though the other two had more lines, I don't think anyone would disagree that this is HIS song. Easily my favorite rapline song.
i wouldn't say its j hopes song. but he did show a lot of emotion. all 3 of their verses were representing different feelings which is why each hits different.
The song isn't actually about a girl, Suga said he wrote it when BTS was thinking about disbanding, and the first time the members heard it they all cried Having this information honestly makes the song meaningful in a whole new way
you can still check out outro: her that’s another rap line song, though ppl tend to forget about it. it’s one of my personal favorites though yeah the lip piercings are fake, but suga really does have all those piercings in his ears
Yeah, he's had his ears pierced since April 2019 at least. Check out the Bangtan Bomb for Dionysus (RM and the others playing with the staff/thyrsus backstage) and you can clearly see it.
Coming back here, because in the recent docu-series they said that TEAR is a song about rough times in 2018 when they were contemplating about disbanding and were in a hard place, having bitter feelings towards eachother and situation. The song is about them. And it's even more heartbreaking listening to it now.
Outro: Tear is really THAT song. The emotional complexity of the lyrics and sound hit straight to your heart. The rapline delivers every verse with such genuine emotional intensity. This is my absolute favorite rapline song and potentially my favorite BTS song. Ever. I remember I saw it live for the first time at Soldier Field in Chicago. Once the first beat dropped it was so intense, that I felt it rip through my chest. I’ll never forget that feeling. (Helps I was near the speakers lol.) Thank you for reacting and providing your perspective. I seriously love watching your reactions! Recommendations - Continuing the theme of emotional intensity… PLEASE listen to Mono (RM’s most recent “mixtape”. Its more of a playlist and you’ll understand why it doesn’t fit the label once you listen to it). Mono is poetic and raw, it really describes emotions we all relate to, experiences we all understand. Basically, the human experience. I would love the hear your thoughts on it.
Suga is my rap line bias, but J-Hope's verse in this song gets me every time. Outro: Tear is my favorite rap line song. Have you reacted to Suga's "Tony Montana" ft. Jimin? There isn't a studio version, just a live. It's a side of Jimin you haven't seen before.
Ah, Hobi rapping Tear in his Dior fit. Legendary. -For next, I think The Last is a must. All of August D is fantastic, but that's his mind in rap form. -For RM, Joke is a great show of his technical skills as well as his wordplay skills, written for the people who said he couldn't rap fast. I'd search a separate translation (doolsetbangrtan is my favorite), the wordplay is so intricate the one video with subs gives up at one point. -For Hobi, imma say Airplane. Daydream is the most well known but also very similar in vibe to Outro Ego.
Sorry, but have to disagree with Ego and Daydream having same vibe. Apart from anything the lyrics are vastly different, but so is the vibe. Daydream is dreamy, light, the lyrics, sound and visuals have a sense of longing and fantasizing whereas Ego is far more grounded, earthy, in sound, lyrics and visuals, there's not only an acceptance of his reality but a happiness about it. Ego is this is him and his reality and he is not just ok with it but happy, whereas Daydream is him wanting something outside of his reality, something out of reach only a dream or small fantasy and he's not entirely happy about it, not necessarily unhappy about it, more a quite sadness.
this song is amazing, hoseok truly shines in his verse, even though hoseok is usually bright and that’s the image he likes to project seeing this more vulnerable and this jaded side of him shows just how versatile he can be, he’s usually underrated in the rap line and is more known for his dance and hopeful persona but i personally have always enjoyed just how unique his rapping is and for you to be the same too makes me happy. i also love how you focus more on the musicality and the vocals of bts, the things that truly makes us armys, not their dancing or good looks, their songs that resonate so deeply with us and make them so much different from all other musical acts. thank you for looking at that side of bts and not only seeing the boyband image
I don't have a bias list. Hobi is my one and only ultimate bias. He has a monstrous talent in creating melody/flow. It's always unique but it compliments with the song perfectly ❤ And whenever he sings live, he's so good in channeling the emotions of the song and let's you feel it too.
I never leave comments, but this time I have to! Outro: Tear was always one of my favorites and seeing it live last year was a RELIGIOUS experience. Hobi's verse is sooo intense and he gives all of himself while performing it (as always), you can feel the energy he radiates. Suga was my bias from day one, but Hobi became my bias wrecker that day.
pmlr 22 I really hope they perform this with such rawness on 7’s tour. I won’t be able to hold it together to see such a pained expression on Hobi’s face right before my eyes. I’m only a few rows away from the extended stage.. my heart isn’t ready. 😭
Yup, wordplay on both versions of "tear". J-Hope gets everyone at the end of it. All of the suggestions you named are good, go with any you want. I do love Suga/Agust D's Agust D, and RM's Joke. I should mention that the official MV of Joke doesn't have working English CCs. There is a video where someone uploaded the MV and put English CCs on it though (Leeha park is the channel). Honestly, the lyrics *and* MV are so good though, that I would suggest checking that version out so you can see both. But I know you've said you aren't good at paying attention to CCs anyway, so you could just go with the official MV. Thanks for sharing, it was great to see you lose it a bit to Hobi here. ;)
Outro Tear, be still my beating heart. I really love J-Hope's part in this performance. I have to clench my heart from all his raw emotions. He just kills it for me. They are so amazing.
Ah, the end of an era. Hobi breaks all the hearts in this one, especially in that performance. Yes, the tear/tear/fear wordplay is deliberate (RM says "tear" like crying, Suga says "tear" like ripping, Hobi goes for "fear"), and so is the back and forth of the harder verses with the chorus. As far as I know, yes, that is Suga singing on the backing vocal for his verse (which I love, his voice is so good!) Mixtapes next? Agust D is obviously mindblowing, Mono is awesome, but I think you'll go insane for Hope World ("Daydream" vs "Hangsang", THE DUALITY). Can I also put in a request for more live performance reactions? I always love hearing your comments on the production and sets, as well as the performances themselves.
In the new docuseries that BTS just released Suga talked about Tear and that he wrote it when the group was having a hard time and seriously considering breaking up as a group...he wrote the song and played it for the members and they all cried....thankfully they got past what they were going through and decided to stay together....after hearing this now when I listen the lyrics have new emotion and I also feel like crying everytime I hear it.
I CAN'T BELIEVE I FORGOT TO RECOMMEND THE BEST J-HOPE SONG OUT OF ALL OF THEM. I don't like asking you to watch specific things but please please please watch Otsukare by SOPE-ME at the Japan Fanmeeting Vol.3. It's Suga and J-Hope's vocal duo. If you want to watch anything to have a giggle it's that. Puts a huge smile on my face every single time I watch it.
@@kswwsk Hi! 🥰 Thanks for replying. I'm sorry if my words are misunderstood. I'm not calling Yoongi and Hobi's vocals comedic, they have very good singing voices. I just meant that the sunbunit itself, SOPE, is a comedic duo (as in it's not a serious subunit, they're just doing it for fun).
@@jordyn2906 I understand what you're saying, but I'm not sure I'd use comedic for it - they do do it because they enjoy it, but comedic implies they're trying to be funny or making fun of themselves which I don't think they are/were. Thank you for explaining though.🧡
@@kswwsk Ahhhh, I see what you mean. You're right. I'll edit and take out comedic. It was the wrong word to use to get my thoughts across. Thanks for your reply again!! 💜💜💜
J Hope is my Ultimate Bias. For me, He is the best rapper especially for the way he raps and lyrics. This song came out when a very long time relationship came to an end suddenly. I knew it was coming but hoped I would get a chance to fight for. I cried because Suga and J Hope lyrics hit home the hardest. At the same time, this song helped me the most. Fear was what I needed to express and allowed me verbalize it. Thanks for reaction and great comments.
this song come after the truth untold, you dont even have time to dry your face and everything is already turning green 😂 the energy they have is INSANE
it is Suga singing behind Suga deep rap... You have Outro: Her left from rap line and solo songs and mixtapes... From rap line I recom.: Suga - First love, Suga - Nevermind, Augst D - give it to me, Augst D - so far away, RM - Persona, RM - Do you, Jhope - Mama, Jhope - HANGSANG, Jhope - base line.
As of right now JHope has no piercings. RM doesn't have any cartilage piercings and no one has lip rings....They are tear as in cry tear as in rip and fear. Yes I am writing this while watching this on my TV. Yes, Suga is singing under his rap. If you want to do another rap heavy song featuring The singers Hip Hop Phile or Hip Hip Lover(same song) is amazing there is a live version in 2017 Memories.
How about live version from 27-29 November 2015, [HYYH IN KOREA] BTS - Hip Hop Lover live , by "taehyung jungkook"? I think I love this performance more tbh. As a metal and rock music fan I like this version more because of the live band playing during that concert. So this is superior for me with the great guitar in the background, great percussion and bass guitar. It has cool hip hop/rock feel than the other live version doesn't have.
i mean it IS a breakup song but it's not for someone else. it's for them. suga said he was thinking of the member when he make this song bc at that time they were thinking of disbanding the team. everyone was crying once they saw the video of suga mentioning that. i always feel a heartache whenever this song comes on my playlist
Suga wrote this around end of 2017 Beginning of 2018 when they where going though a hard time and where thinking of breaking up as a group. So this song means a massive amount to them as a group more then anyone can ever know or understand
Actually your illustration of their rapstyle as a curve, though simplistic is quite right! I love all three, but JHope's cadence always has a surprise element for me.
J-Hope + Tear + Dior was the ultimate cultural reset and nothing will change my mind ever. What happens when these boys finally perform UGH live? What will we do? What happens when Hobi has a dance break at the end of UGH? WHAT HAPPENS IF ALL THREE OF THEM HAVE A DANCE BREAK AT THE END? WHAT THEN???
Yeah I feel you, the rap line is my fav in BTS too. As the musical pillars of BTS who write majority of the lyrics and also compose a lot of melodies I have this extra respect for them (I love when artists write their own stuff, It feels much more genuine and personal). And when it comes to live performances the rap line is sooo lit :-)
Has no one told you yet that Suga wrote this song about the members possibly disbanding BTS in early 2018? He played it for them and they all cried together. Watch episode six "Break the Silence" docuseries. Jin also spoke about their possibly disbanding when they accepted an award later that year and he said he was glad they were able to work through that hardship.
This song is about the members and for the members. At that time (early 2018) they were thinking about disbanding. Suga played this song in front of the members and the all cried.
Hoba wrecked me first so hard. Being yoongi biased is HARD when hoba exists 😂 now i have six terribly sneaky wreckers! Tear is hobi's song, for sure :) don't think your rapline journey is coming to an end before you even get to the Trivias. Jhope Just Dance, RM Love and suga Seesaw. And yes, mixtapes are worth a listen. Definitely. Would recommend doing them as album listens, because they each tell a story, that often gets over-shadowed by people only requesting single songs. Keep going! Watching your journey makes me happy 💜
this song is actually about bts. suga made this song when bts considered disbanding at the start of 2018 and they all cried together when they listened to this song. it’s such a beautiful song and it’s one of my favourite rap line songs 🥺💜
This song was actually written when BTS were thinking of disbanding in 2018, it’s to/about each other. Yoongi played it for everyone and they all cried :( They spoke about this in the burn the stage do if anyone was wondering
I don't see people recommending this enough, but you really should check out Jhope's 1verse. He released it on soundcloud, so it won't be on his mixtape. You can find it on youtube with the lyrics ^^
Yoongi came out and said that he wrote this song for BTS when they were thinking of disbanding ! It makes it more emotional than it was. And they cried when showed them this song. 💜
That's literally THE PRESENTATION of Hobi. If you look for fancams of him in Twitter the most common are from this presentation. He really killed that! Talking about Yoongi, I really think you should react to The Last (it's from his mixtape) but you have to look in the comments bc there are some parts that you are not gonna understand from the lyrics but it's not the same if we explain it later, you have to have the whole experience. That's really (for me) his best song. It's something else. And you should react to Seesaw if you want to see another side of him (you always says that he is very aggressive when he raps, but seesaw is completely different. Thank you for your reaction!
This is an unique song! Three of them talking about three different type of Tear! Namjoon is talking about fear of living the illusion of a fake love, Hobi is talking about heart break after losing someone you loved and Suga is talking about the anger born off a love lost that makes you want to burn everything down! In short, a masterpiece!
Finally Tear reaction, thank you, it was very enjoyable. I love this song, especially live!!! I have seen so many live performances of Tear already, I just can't get enough of it, and being Hobi biased I love his ending verse so much, his delivery is indeed very emotional and intense, plus his stage presence is amazing. Personally I love him in those dark songs probably the most, the other one also dark is "Boy Meets Evil" - j-hope solo MV trailer for the BTS "Wings" album. I highly recommend for you to watch it. It's one of my fave too. MV is fantastic, MV is the ART with Hoseok dancing his ass off lol, the lyrics are deep and his rapping and singing are very emotional. "Dark" j-hope is something else and I wish we could see this more often. :-)
idk if u know this yet or not, this is a song that suga makes when bts thinking about disbanding (early 2018 if im not wrong), suga show this song to all member and they're crying together, that's why jhope looks so sad when rapping this song
Every time I listen to Hobi’s part I get instant tears , the repetition of the word “ cried”, I get pain, rage. For me seeing them live makes every song way more better , damn that are good at it!
In some of the interview, SUGA said that he wrote TEAR when they have difficulty to stay n keep on together as a group. And when he played the song to the members they all cried... So that us why this song means so much for them n they sing it from their hearts...😭😭😭
I know it's like 10 months late but you mention about how hobi look almost in tears, so in their recent docu-series Suga told us that this song in fact IS a break up song. But it's THEIR break up song. Bc this is the story when they almost disband in early 2018. They never said who or what exactly happened but all the pressured and the sudden massive attention taking tools on some of them, to the point they were questioning if it's still worth to continue or not.. So yeah, this song is quiet emotional for them i think
I'm glad you reacted to the live performance of this. I hear you about the auto-tune, what I don't care for is the assumption that they can't sing because they use it and it's because a lot of western artist especially in the past used it because they couldn't actually sing but for these guys and as you say music now uses it a lot for effect or they like the sound. But I like actually being able to hear their voices. Hobi shines in this song even though I personally love Yoongi's verses, Hobi just grabs you by the heart here. I think for one because we are not use to getting this side from him, his emotional vulnerable side but because you feel and hear all of that in his voice. Not to mention he looked smashing in his outfit (and I'm not one to generally point those kind of things out but that outfit and showing his forehead off. My first indication I was rapline biased).
Not the first time a Hobi biased reactor goes back to his verse in Tear multiple times lol And I'm glad you got to experience Dior Hoseok too 😌 Did you react to Outro Her? You could still do that and then try out their mixtapes.
I saw this live and it honestly left me breathless and crying by the end as you could just FEEL the emotions throughout that whole stadium....it was amazing! Also, remember that you have RM's collab with Wale called Change, RM's collab with Younha called Winter Flower, and Suga's collab with Halsey called Suga's Interlude, and their are more but I can't think of them right now, ha ha
idk if anyone has already said that, but after the most recent bts documentary we got to know that they wrote it because they were thinking about disbanding in early 2018. so it's a break up song, but between the members. they cried while singing it to the other guys
Don't worry, you don't need to put a label on it if you don't want to. You can be a rapline stan with a J-Hope bias. And both RM and Suga can be your bias wrecker! You can even say you're OT7 with a J-Hope bias. Those pictures they used for the lyric video are from the concept picture for the Tear album, it's meant to look like they're been crying. At that point Hobi didn't have any piercings but I think he has his earlobes done now. I really like the differences in the way their flow sounds. RM sounds more aggressive in a confident way, like he's oozing power and strength. While Suga is also aggressive but in a more subtle, dangerous way. And J-Hope is just crazy, he mixes it up so much it's incredible. They're all amazing in their own way. I never noticed that the two "tear"s in the chorus might be the two different versions of the word. I just thought it was how they pronounced it (because RM is a bit more fluent in English than Yoonie) because where I'm from tear (rip) and tear (cry) is pronounced the same way, there's no real difference in how it's said. I love the way that you replayed Hobi's verse so much, in both versions. It's so cute. Someone's in luuuuuurve 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 That live performance is legendary. Their Dior fits, ohmygod. I really love the green theme with the lighting, the patterns on the led background screens, and the editing on the video screens. The rapline boys have some mvs for their solo stuff: Do You and Joke by RM, Daydream and Airplane by J-Hope, and Agust D and Give It To Me by Suga (Agust D). RM's Intro: Persona was the Intro for the album Persona, it's a companion piece to Interlude: Shadow and Outro: Ego. Another rapline song is Outro: Her, from the album Love Yourself: Her, it's a bit softer and not as intense as some of their other songs. Tony Montana by Suga ft Jimin might be interesting too, the performance from the 3rd Muster (!!! spoiler !!! Jimin raps). I hope that you get the chance to see them this upcoming tour (if you want to that is). Amazing as always! I hope you have a good day/night! I'll see you next time. Annyeong~~💜💜💜
V. G. Love yourself her is their anima, so I think it's about themselves And in the song 'her' they are speaking to their 'anima' and in hoseok verse It's so obvious because he describes what she does to him like the meaning of anima Because anima wish to gather and unite yourself and that's what 'her' does to him in his verse, she gathers himself It's supposed to be based on Carl Jung's psychology
The song in a way can be described as a break up song. The members were going thru a difficult time late 2017 and early 2018 so much so that they considered disbanding at the peak of their fame. The responsibility and new found things that came with the fame were all very difficult for the members. Luckily tho, they were able to talk and sort out with each other what really mattered to them and that was BTS, ARMY and their MUSIC. Tear was written by the rap line and is interpreted as a breakup song bcs it is a breakup song. The members were seriously considering breaking up as BTS. Truly a sad song. 💜😭
RM - Tear as in cry; Suga - Tear as in rip apart; J Hope - Fear. They were discussing breaking up when Suga wrote this song, then he presented it to the group and they all cried.
Coming back to this song after knowing the meaning and context behind it hits different. I don't know if you've heard about it but this song is not about a break up with someone but a break up as a band because it was written when they were thinking of disbanding, and they all cried together when they heard the finished song. Yep that hurts..
The song's about heartbreak as manifest by grief (tear), anger (tear as in rip), and fear. Beautiful, visceral, emotional imagery POWERFULLY delivered. Tear is a masterpiece! And I love the orchestral score. And then the live on top of if. Phenomenal!
Tear is one of my favorite BTS songs ever and jhope’s part at the end is such a perfect climax and ending for that song. His emotion makes me feel so many things!!
I watch a lot of reactions to this live performance and many people say they've never seen J-Hope like that. Usually he's a very cheerful guy when we see him. So seeing him in such an emotional state on stage is really a treat. He's so mysterious when it comes to painful emotions like this. Thank you for the reaction 🙏💜
During their LY & SY tour, I search all the fancams of TEAR from each concert. All of them, every single concert was perfect. Especially SY in UK, when the day light can last longer and every things still can be seen clearly, you can see the the securities or guardians can't help but turn their heads to the stage and join the performance. And Mic Drop was the next song, their can't take their eyes off from them.
I always enjoy watching your reaction! So authentic. Suga bias here but I always look forward to JHope's part in Outro:Tear whenever I watch their concerts. Hope you'll watch their concert soon, it is unforgettable!
No real piercings haha. Just some of the members on their ears, and Jungkook and Jimin have (great) tattoos. Lol, no one tries to pick a bias rapper/singer anymore i think. I just say Jimin and RM, just because i relate a lot with them (mentally and emotionaly speaking, not in talent sadly) RM: tear as in crying Suga: tear as in destroy JHope: fear I actually never checked but i'm pretty sure it was Suga singing, he has been working on new stuff: this type of singing and also dancing in Seesaw. I don't mind when they use autotune since we all know they dont need it and it feels new too. But it is all subjective ofc, i won't critizice you for your opinion lol I hate when they complain about the distribution, the memebers TALK with each other, guys. Serendipity by Jimin and First Love by Suga next? Or if you want the mixtapes, we have Agust D, RM, Hope World and mono., in order of release. Personally i think the last two are the best, you can feel the experience they gained. I highly recomend those and reacting to their songs *in order* :) Have a good day!

RM - wordplay
Suga - speed

He has piercings now

Eventhough everyone killed it Suga killed it like anything his melodic flow is 🔥🔥
Suga is my rapline bias for sure ...💜💜
After Tear JHope will be your ultimate bias and bias wrecker. He kills it.
Coming back here, because in the recent docu-series they said that TEAR is a song about rough times in 2018 when they were contemplating about disbanding and were in a hard place, having bitter feelings towards eachother and situation. The song is about them. And it's even more heartbreaking listening to it now.

Please do yourself a favour and react to The Last by Agust D
As far as I know, yes, that is Suga singing on the backing vocal for his verse (which I love, his voice is so good!)
Mixtapes next?
YES
Theres nothing comedic about their vocals in Otsukare though, really great vocals.
Watching another Hobi stan is always so great. I feel you. Hobi is just so amazing.
Grace Mclean hobi is my bias as well he’s the flow king💜💜
this song come after the truth untold, you dont even have time to dry your face and everything is already turning green 😂 the energy they have is INSANE
it is Suga singing behind Suga deep rap...
I'd additionally recommend Agust D - the last and Rm - Joke
First love gives me goosebumps every time!
It's not Yoongi it's kookie actually
Please react to The Last by Agust D
@@__Peace__ doesn't sound like JK
As of right now JHope has no piercings. RM doesn't have any cartilage piercings and no one has lip rings....They are tear as in cry tear as in rip and fear. Yes I am writing this while watching this on my TV. Yes, Suga is singing under his rap. If you want to do another rap heavy song featuring The singers Hip Hop Phile or Hip Hip Lover(same song) is amazing there is a live version in 2017 Memories.
Actually Jhope has his ears pierced look at EGO vid
Nope, he has a piercing now
How about live version from 27-29 November 2015, [HYYH IN KOREA] BTS - Hip Hop Lover live , by "taehyung jungkook"?
I think I love this performance more tbh.
As a metal and rock music fan I like this version more because of the live band playing during that concert. So this is superior for me with the great guitar in the background, great percussion and bass guitar. It has cool hip hop/rock feel than the other live version doesn't have.
Hobi said he wouldn't get piercings but he could've changed his mind
no Hobi has pierce now one of the Bangtan bomb showed that he finally has pierce
i mean it IS a breakup song but it's not for someone else. it's for them. suga said he was thinking of the member when he make this song bc at that time they were thinking of disbanding the team. everyone was crying once they saw the video of suga mentioning that. i always feel a heartache whenever this song comes on my playlist
Hobi’s part always gets me like... my heartu. 🥺🥺🤧
Outro Tear: It has a deeper meaning when you know its written about them thinking about quitting :(
J-Hope + Tear + Dior was the ultimate cultural reset and nothing will change my mind ever.
Hobi is so great at that last phrase of Tear. When he moves on to Mic Drop next during their concert, i go 😍😍😍😍
Has no one told you yet that Suga wrote this song about the members possibly disbanding BTS in early 2018? He played it for them and they all cried together. Watch episode six "Break the Silence" docuseries. Jin also spoke about their possibly disbanding when they accepted an award later that year and he said he was glad they were able to work through that hardship.
This song is about the members and for the members. At that time (early 2018) they were thinking about disbanding. Suga played this song in front of the members and the all cried.
This is the rapline song that shook the world when it was born..
Yoongi singing
RM fast rapping is back
Hobi snatched all of us
Hoba wrecked me first so hard.
Hoseok in this song is just something else .... It's just amazing, hearing it in this song I completely fell for him.
How do you feel now that you know this song is written when they were talking about disbanding and that's why hobi is so emotional performing it?
this song is actually about bts. suga made this song when bts considered disbanding at the start of 2018 and they all cried together when they listened to this song. it’s such a beautiful song and it’s one of my favourite rap line songs 🥺💜
This song was actually written when BTS were thinking of disbanding in 2018, it’s to/about each other. Yoongi played it for everyone and they all cried :(
They spoke about this in the burn the stage do if anyone was wondering
I don't see people recommending this enough, but you really should check out Jhope's 1verse. He released it on soundcloud, so it won't be on his mixtape. You can find it on youtube with the lyrics ^^
Omg I love that song! It's one of my regular playlist songs. Here is a lyric video JHope 1 Verse th-cam.com/video/bEcr5tn1y8g/w-d-xo.html
Yes!! ☝🏼
YES! That song had me shook when he dropped it, first time I saw his "darker" rapper side lol
UUUP ;)
yeah, it's not really popular. but also - it's not his own beat unfortunately :/
Yoongi came out and said that he wrote this song for BTS when they were thinking of disbanding ! It makes it more emotional than it was. And they cried when showed them this song. 💜
that smile when you saw jhope Dior outfit I SEE YOU 😊😊
That's literally THE PRESENTATION of Hobi.
I LOVE this song and this performance hits me right in the heart especially Hobie's end part. Takes my breath away each time.
Not the first time a Hobi biased reactor goes back to his verse in Tear multiple times lol
And I'm glad you got to experience Dior Hoseok too 😌
Did you react to Outro Her? You could still do that and then try out their mixtapes.
Hobi's part is also my favourite one especially in the live performance...this was the reason why I started to look to Hobi on a different way 🤷❤️❤️❤️
I saw this live and it honestly left me breathless and crying by the end as you could just FEEL the emotions throughout that whole stadium....it was amazing! Also, remember that you have RM's collab with Wale called Change, RM's collab with Younha called Winter Flower, and Suga's collab with Halsey called Suga's Interlude, and their are more but I can't think of them right now, ha ha
JHope ALWAYS so into it whenever he performs. But yes this particular Tear stage really TEARED me because of him. He got me speechless.
Hobi SLAYS in this performance. I go through binges where I just watch fancams of his verse and it always feels so fcking raw
Those outfits were designed by Dior. That’s the first and only time they have designed something specifically for a performance 😎
wow, cool. They looked great
No lip piercings, but everyone has their ears pierced except J-Hope. He wants his ears to remain pure 😂
u mean he scared of the pain =0p
J hoooooope, amazing voice ! I fall in love about Rap when I listen his voice!
idk if anyone has already said that, but after the most recent bts documentary we got to know that they wrote it because they were thinking about disbanding in early 2018. so it's a break up song, but between the members. they cried while singing it to the other guys
RM is my bias. Sugar is amazing. But little Hobie STOLE THIS! He was singing from his gut. He threw himself into that last verse. He owned it.
Annyeong~~💜💜💜
j-94 just a quick fyi, he still doesn’t have one ^^ but I think he’s been thinking about it
@@BackToBlueSide218 Thanks for letting me know! For some reason I thought he had gotten them pierced last year but I must be mistaken 😂😂
j-94 no worries lol there are still people who still wonder wether he got them pierced, but once you see him without them, there’s no hole 😛
It really is so friggen amazing live. They all go *SO* hard, and Hobi is just... he's like a man possessed by the end bit. It's fantastic.
It's not a break up song It's actually about themselves they usually talk about themselves as if they were other people
María Hernández its a breakup song though
how would you even know
It actually is a breakup song about the end of love. Her was falling in love, Tear was losing love, and Answer is learning to love yourself first.
V. G. Love yourself her is their anima, so I think it's about themselves
And in the song 'her' they are speaking to their 'anima' and in hoseok verse It's so obvious because he describes what she does to him like the meaning of anima
Because anima wish to gather and unite yourself and that's what 'her' does to him in his verse, she gathers himself
It's supposed to be based on Carl Jung's psychology
bro its literally a break up song what are u talking about
The song in a way can be described as a break up song. 💜😭
This is by far my favorite rap line song. And yes Hobi killssssssssss it!
You have to watch BTS "Boy Meets Evil" MV trailer - that's j-hope solo!!!
Yes.
I saw this live last spring and it’s probably one of the best songs I’ve ever seen performed live.
I’m so glad you reacted to this. J-Hope just blows that live performance to pieces at the end. Amazing
RM - Tear as in cry; Suga - Tear as in rip apart; J Hope - Fear. They were discussing breaking up when Suga wrote this song, then he presented it to the group and they all cried.
You know, j-hope's birthday on February 18th, maybe it's a good day to react to his whole mixtape 'Hope World"?
I lost it when he screamed J-hoooooope🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Coming back to this song after knowing the meaning and context behind it hits different. I don't know if you've heard about it but this song is not about a break up with someone but a break up as a band because it was written when they were thinking of disbanding, and they all cried together when they heard the finished song. Yep that hurts..
Amazing J -Hope! It's the most beautiful voice!
J-Hope’s verse was the best way to end this song.
J-HOOOOOOOOOOPE my bias 💜
Patricia Santos same💜
Your bias is the rap line. It's okay. Mine is the whole hyung-line and that's okay too.
I get SO emotional in Outro: Tear - I FEEL every hit of JHope's verse - its like you're getting hit in the chest with every line.
"I hate when they look at the camera" *posing just when yoongi is looking into our souls *
yupp you’re right. hands down and bow down to all three but jhope’ sound always stood out in a good way
The song's about heartbreak as manifest by grief (tear), anger (tear as in rip), and fear.
Dude! I hope you’re going to go see them in concert!
Me too! Ive been meaning to ask him if he is going.
I love you waxing poetic about jhope. His verse in TEAR wrecks all the time.
SUGA said this song was made for BTS when they talked about disbanding in 2018.
And Mic Drop was the next song, their can't take their eyes off from them.
born singer, hip hop phil , moove, path road ,,, so many underrated songs ...
RM and Suga are always fire but Hobi ripped this up. That last verse was so strong. He was so passionate. I felt that the most.
I always enjoy watching your reaction! So authentic. Suga bias here but I always look forward to JHope's part in Outro:Tear whenever I watch their concerts. Hope you'll watch their concert soon, it is unforgettable!
This song has an insane emotional quotient because of what it stands for,for them. You can see it when they perform it every time!
J-HOOOOOOOOOOPE!!
OT7. But Hope Appreciation Month, y'all.
P.S. Hope World album would be so fantastic for Hobi's birthday coming up!!
Best comment 💜💜👍🏼
BTS disband (break-up) song
RM - angry
SUGA - hurt
JH - sad
No real piercings haha. Just some of the members on their ears, and Jungkook and Jimin have (great) tattoos.
Lol, no one tries to pick a bias rapper/singer anymore i think. I just say Jimin and RM, just because i relate a lot with them (mentally and emotionaly speaking, not in talent sadly)
RM: tear as in crying
Suga: tear as in destroy
JHope: fear
I actually never checked but i'm pretty sure it was Suga singing, he has been working on new stuff: this type of singing and also dancing in Seesaw.
I don't mind when they use autotune since we all know they dont need it and it feels new too. But it is all subjective ofc, i won't critizice you for your opinion lol
I hate when they complain about the distribution, the memebers TALK with each other, guys.
Serendipity by Jimin and First Love by Suga next? Or if you want the mixtapes, we have Agust D, RM, Hope World and mono., in order of release. Personally i think the last two are the best, you can feel the experience they gained. I highly recomend those and reacting to their songs *in order* :)
Have a good day!
J-Hope verse in Outro:Tear gives me mad goosebumbs everytime. Like bone chilling shivers from head to toe.
