I went slim chicken in Manchester on Sunday, got the buffalo chicken sandwich meal with inferno sauce, I like portion size, the free refill which is great if I'm catching the train home after I can refill before I leave for the journey plus their chicken sandwiches are so much better than KFC.
Nice review, love Jollibee and their spaghetti. Love doing combo bites myself with spaghetti and chicken together. Please can you do a review of chinese food next x
I haven't been to jolibee but spaghetti and chicken combo bite sounds amazing! I was also asking for Chinese food review. Maybe posh Chinese restaurant vs Chinese takeaway. You know the takeaways where they do fish and chips? I think fish, chips and Chinese combo bites would be really nice!
I think, as an aside, that KFC needs to do the take a step back and rework your menu thing that Domino's did. They aren't the best chicken in town, they often aren't in the top 10 when it comes to a major city. They used to be great, but over the last couple of decades I think they've lost some steam. I have heard a lot of good things about Jollibee. They seem to be a good fast food place that has affordable, but tasty meals. Slim Chickens is a good alternative to KFC but I don't know if they are my favorite. Here in the US it is Chik-Fil-A that sort of dominates the chicken fast food category. But for the owner's weird political beliefs they probably would have expanded much more. Good food, and great service.

I prefer chicken on the bone & the fried chicken portions looked like the best ever - well jealous! Well worth ££'s. Have you compared pizzas? Not sure if there are any pizza places on the high street - Pizza Hut, Bella Italia - watching that chicken has made me so hungry! Think your vlogs are great, really inspiring to get out & try. KFC used to do BBQ ribs in UK back in early 80s absolutly delicious. They did a 'Full House' two KFC chicken pieces, bbq ribs fries, side choice and a drink 👍 10/10 #bring back ribs KFC

I'll try Slim Chickens when they open in Bury St Edmunds, the nearest to me in Norfolk. Jollibee looks better with bone-in fried chicken, but there isn't a branch anywhere near me so I'll have to wait a bit longer
wow, Jollie Bee wins for me. Those chicken tenders looked mighty fine. The fries and gravy were great. The chicken bun with combos was my favorite, loved it. Peach pice mmmmmmm
I’d give the edge to Jollibee. Tenders looked crunchy but not dried out, chips looked crispy and delicious but……they had me at peach-mango pie. 😋 Slim Chickens looked good too but Jollibee edged them out.
The prices at slim chickens are ridiculous, and you're right, they don't actually do fried chicken properly, just breast in the form of tenders and fillets.
Food vlogs are just plain torture 😢However, we watch and drool 🤤 Slim Chickens(great play on the name😂) Slim Pickens,was an American film actor. 2noted films Blazing Saddles & Dr Strangelove Both meals seemed fair to middlin, Slim's fries looked the best.Messy wings😊😊The fillets ( tenders) can cook up dry,but with that sauce,not a chance.And by only using fillets quality control is helped. 😊 Jollibee,was a good box of chicken,a fine mixture of pure chicken and on the bone 🍖 😊 Thought the fries 🍟 were to pale..The sandwiches were about the same,so it came down to the choice . Bit's on the bone wins Jollibee by a knock out Cheers
Ive been watching your reviews for a while now, and i really look forward to new ones But i must ask.... Surely you cannot eat all that food on the same day?? its been niggling me for a while now. Im not bothered if its over a couple of days, i just think nobody can eat 2 Fish n chips or 2 full English Breakfasts or even the Chicken review as of now?
They have a Slim Chickens in Bournemouth but can't say I was impressed , nearest Jollibee to me is in Liverpool which is a good enough reason to stay away 🤣 Nando's or KFC round here and not a fan of either. So which would I choose ? None of them I'll stick with Burger King's Chicken Royale Bacon & Cheese with fries.....better than any of the above and cheaper so a win win 😁
Slim chicken looks like a wannabe KFC. The colors and decor screams we want to be KFC. Raising Cane's here in the States just sells chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich.

The Texas Toast Slim Chickens served you looked awfully thin compared to the double thick slices we're used to here in the US.

Food looks good, unhygienic to have a kitchen roll on the tables, putting dirty fingers in the kitchen towels inner tube, not hygienic at all
