Hi Rob. I need to build a computer that will run the simulation in this video. May you please inform me the CPU, RAM, and storage requirements of my needed rig? Thank you Rob!
Hello Rob, just saw your video on the proposed lab series, Cisco Enterprise Series for CCNA, CCNP and CCIE candidates. Is there an official start date for the series?
Thanks Rob, really enjoyed your NSX-T video series. Can't wait to go through this series as well. I currently run EVE-NG on a single ESXi host (Dell PowerEdge R630) with 24 cores and 128gb of ram. What images do you recommend to follow along and build out the same topologies you display in this series? Also, is the CCNP workbook you created only available for purchase on Patreon? Thanks for your time.
you could stagger turning them on, I do it 1 at a time until their all booted up. You can use whatever mix you want of devices. Just remember that Nexus does vPC and catalyst does not.
Rob thank you for the great content. I joined your TH-cam Paid subscription, do I also need to join Patron for the initial configs? I also want to buy the workbook for the Enterprise Series, . Thank you
No, you're good. Patreon is for those that can't see the join button. Feel free to buy the book, if you click on recent videos, there's a sample link before you buy.
Didnt see the server specs in the description like you said, can you provide the specs please? By the way just watched this and now plan on running through the whole series. It seems like some real teaching rather than these videos, where others just run through the material way too fast.
This is the series that vast majority of network engineers looking for. Thanks Rob!
As someone that just recently got their CCNA I'm excited for what to come!
This is really amazing! Looking forward to keeping up with the series as it comes out.
Rob, is there somewhere I can download the LAB import file for this series?
yep, join the channel and you'll be able to access it.
I am excited to consume this content. Thank you for your efforts.
Great work. I’m enjoying your videos. Does this topology go with the EI workbook you created? Or it’s different. Thanks

IOSv from CML should do the trick, lighter weight than the CSR and XRv images. Yes, the workbook is only available via patreon.
Will the images work on GNS3? I wanna join, but I need to make sure im good to utilize the material. Thanks.
My lab can't start all those nodes at once. can I just use Cisco IOL L3 routers as the XRv|CSR and L3/L2 Cisco IOL as the Swtiches|Nexus?

@@RobRikerTechChannel Thanks a lot, did you add the eve-ng image yet to your site? I only see the old on that only has about 12 devices on it.
how much ram do you need to run this topology?
Hi Rob, when do you plan to start uplaoding CCIE Videos..thanks
I already started. I will be releasing continuously over then next week or so, stay tuned.
To be frank CCNA Deepdive is what in this Wishlist especially IPV6 CCNA. A proper CCNA takes 1 year of completion from Cisco Net academy.
Even a CCIE can't explain IPV6

I found this on Ebay , would this work? Cisco C220 M4 2x Xeon E5-2680 v4 2.4ghz 28-Cores / 128gb / MRAID12 / 2x 770w
Theoretically. 67.2 GHz of compute. I would make sure that you can power it first.
Did you mean to upload 10 videos at once? Just wanted to ask.
Yep, sure did. That's the plan moving forward, upload the entire section of videos for your viewing pleasure when they are ready.
You have a half-shaved moustache on?
Ummm.... ok.
Sorry, no disrespect meant. It 's the lighting that for some reason makes it seem like that.@@RobRikerTechChannel
