erythritol冷卻會結晶,建議用allulose
阿洛酮糖可以用羅漢果糖代替嗎?若是可以請問比例
做醬我一般都會用阿洛酮糖,因為羅漢果糖和赤蘚糖醇冷卻後容易結晶,因此導致成品相對較硬,如果要換羅漢果糖的話你可以看看你用的牌子甜度,包裝上一般都會寫。我的阿洛酮糖是70%甜,一般羅漢果糖是100%甜,乘以0.3就可以了

煮過頭了會出現這種情況,需要注意用最小的火,不能煮沸,巧克力很容易焦,需要多攪拌
Can avocado oil replace butter? Thanks
Chocolate sauce will be richer and smoother with butter, but you can skip it as well. I don’t recommend replacing it with other oil.
