This is perfect! I was gonna see if you could do a guild to lipos but you posted this. Batteries outside of 1s seem so intimidating for some reason. Thanks for the great video!

So I recently got 23 laptop batteries with four 18650 cells each in them for 3 bucks each at Krazy Binz. I designed and 3d printed a tray that holds two levels of 11 rows of those four cells blocks back to back. Then I joined the corresponding cells to make a big 4s super battery. Adding a 10 amp circuit/charge/balance protection board. Then an automotive ground switch before and a pos on off switch after the board and a 12v usb 3.0 x3 automotive charging plug and an xt60. the result is a 4s (vert automotivey voltaged) battery bank with 57200 mah of reserve power capable of 10 amps draw (more if I upped the wire gauge). then I charge it from my toolkit rc m6 at home. to use in the field to charge batteries for like a week before recharging with that same charger. And/or my cell, and/or my laptop with an inverter, and... It is fitted inside one of those metal drawers cases that you keep o-rings in at a garage. It's about the size of a laptop, but very heavy.
I then used the remaining laptop battery to make two more 2s 18650 batteries for my OpenTx radio. Expresslrs is hard on the batteries when it's turned up high.

Great video. Do I put the charger in Lipo charge or Lipo balance during normal charging?

I charged a Tattu R-Line 850 4s at 5A by accident last week. I wondered why it finished charging in only 2 minutes. The battery was cool and didn't puff. I guess I was super lucky. I'm building a battery bunker ASAP.

    Battery bunker...
    I dunno man...
Seems like Americans building extra house space, so the battery bunker can fit in. Get a combination lock cash box(no key to loose), 30x23x9 cm seems to be largest open space(inside), make a hole in the side of top lid from the edge, just pass the lower half lip edge, so the cables can fit. Round the edges, smoothen out with electrical tape, so you don't fray the cables, and glue in a plaster board on the inside. Make a decently tight fit where you can, this should stop the instant heat transfer, so you're able to lift it up and throw it out. Buy a fire alarm, exclusively for the place of charging, put it close to the spot. Use longer cables, than what shops usually sell. DIY easy grip for the charger side plugs, so you can rip it out fast.
Don't think:"this won't fit many batteries" . Those cash boxes are so cheap, you can add as you need, and no one wants a battery fire of 50 batteries at once.
Those popular ammo boxes are also quite nice, but they're too large IMO. You could put TWO plasterboard layers inside, which would be good, but then you'll get tempted to put many batteries inside too. Maybe for using compartments, but 600°C will likely damage neighbouring batteries too.
And especially for charging, only have lipos that are being charged in a fire proof box. And don't sacrifice the bloody charger, by putting it into a 600°C bunker with lipos...

Actually my cash box has narrower bit, where it's 7cm tall, minus 2 layers of plaster board of 1cm each, you're left with under 5cm space. I don't know how fat are those 4 a d 6s batteries so something slightly larger or more regular shabe would be more suitable
