that is a teally beaty of an arrangement. lov lov lov the wood piece.such an inspiration.im now heading to my garden to look for pieces of wood.Laura you are realy easing my mind after my brain operation. im always in my garden afyer your videos to look for something to relax me. THANK YOU🌷🌻🌱
Thank you, Laura! I use a bonsai turntable for planting my pots (also a lazy susan works great too); it helps to easily check all around as you add plants and rocks!
What a beautiful arrangement! I live in Indiana soo I mainly have windowsill succulents. Luckily I have some really good morning and afternoon sun lit windows. I'm SO VERY envious of your beautiful California garden. I do move some of my succulents outdoors in the summer but it's not the same! I've really enjoyed watching you reinvent your beautiful backyard garden. 💚
Your videos are always soothing and educating. Your eye for arrangements goes without saying. You definitely knew your calling. Thank you for the video and keep them coming.
I love the cholla wood! My hermit crabs love climbing and... using it as their “bathroom”. 😍 I love the Fred Ives, I have a leaf, but it hasn’t grown a leaf yet!
This was so much fun! I've been inspired to "play with" my arrangements over this lockdown period, thanks to your videos. I'll have to put a few photos on instagram to share with the group.
So beautiful and inspiring! I live on 4 acres in SW Tucson and my property is full of cholla skeletons. Now I know what to do with them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
Hi, I live in England. Thanks for your nice videos and you sure inspires me to collect succulents, I have a couple that I kept for years but only just started arranging pieces. I would love to convert my garden but I’m not too sure because we have a very short summer and mostly wet and cold weather throughout the rest of the year. Saying that makes me sad lol. Is it ever possible to extend it to the garden?
I love it. In my garden I don't have problems with snails or slugs...the lizards handle them, but I have issues with caterpillars and moths which I have to constantly pick off.
I have a question if Laura, or anyone, can answer; When reworking succulents, i.e. cutting legging aeoniums, etc and sticking them back into soil how long do you wait until you water the pot?? I repotted a whole bunch and dont want to kill them by watering too early and giving root rot.
That is stunningly beautiful. I hope the snails are not eaten by critters that then will die too. That is always the danger when using chemicals. I stay away from them. I am so surprised you can use glue on the area where roots come out. Does that not hurt the plant? Also is there room for the plants to grow since they are so close together?I am obviously new at this. Thanks.
Have you ever tried using diatamacious earth for snails? I would think it would be perfect for succulents since you don't have to water too much. Non toxic to people and other animals.
Maria-Jose Baur glue is Aleene’s clear Tacky gel. Any glue will work! Even hot glue! It doesn’t kill the plant. Over time, new roots push through the glue and find their way to your growing medium! I’ve got lots of “moss and glue” vids on my channel. I pioneered the technique a number of years ago.
First I would like to say I love you I love your videos I watch them all day everyday. But you designers / installers crack me up. I'm going to break down that arrangement Dollar by dollar for a normal person such as myself living in Connecticut of what that would cost me to make. I'm not even done watching the video. so far I see 11 cuttings at $10 a piece (if I had to buy them individually as potted plants because that's just how it is here on the East coast in New England). $110. That stunning centerpiece of wood would cost minimum $80. The first large lava rock that you added, probably $5/$8. Let's not talk about the pot itself which is absolutely gorgeous, the top dressing and the soil . And I'm not even done watching the video. They make it so hard to love and enjoy succulents where I live in the United States!!! You have to practically be a millionaire!!!!!!!😂😂
Laura you are amazing ! You really inspire me to do cute things in my yard.

Looks fantastic
I love your Videos 😍 greetings from Germany
Olá Laura 😥🐌...lindo seu arranjo 👏....😘 Portugal
This is cholla cactus skeleton. They grow all over South West, especially in AZ and SoCal. We've seen a bunch of them in Anzo-Borrego desert
Came here to say that too! Not petrified, just dead. 😉
What a cute arrangement. My mom used in her garden for slugs and snails. Beer ! Pour in into a jar lid where you see snails and yell drown in it lol
Beautiful arrangement 😍
Cute arrangement. Happy growing.
Beautiful arrangement.
Wow, love the Cholla skeleton ! So beautiful!
Very beautiful😍
Very Pretty, Thank-You!
Absolutely love this arrangement. Laura strikes again!

how can we glue our succulents like you did? is it a special kind of glue? how do they keep alive with that?
Abdul Moeez I was thinking exact question. There’s no soil on that branch she glue on so how will the succulent survive over time.
Sabrina See let’s hope she or someone else with experience replies!
She did another video on gluing succulents a couple weeks back. I think she said they’ll just root through the glue 😅
Jade thank youu!!!
Abdul Moeez yes! Succulents will re root through the glue😊
Oi Laura boa tarde querida! Esse arranjo ficou SHOw! parabéns bjs
Very pretty!

Always love your arrangement. How do you water the plants in the pot? Thanks
Daisy Kho gently and infrequently
Nice arrangement. If I may suggest, I think if you make a little mound for the aenium sunburst, it’ll raise it higher and be more visible.☺️

LoriSavingWild yes to all!!! Stick around! You’ll get the hang of it😊

How do the glued cuttings survive?
We drove from Palm Desert to Idyllwild this week and the cacti was blooming in its native environment.
How would you care for that arrangement? it seems some of the flowers are mixed from full sun to shade.
Hi Laura. What kind of glue are you using and is it permanent or can you remove the plants when you want to rearrange?
What's the name of the glue used to adhere the succulents? Does it kill them?
Hi, curious, what kind of glue are you using
What glue do you use?
Just one question 😊 you use glue??? How do they live with glue on roots 😟😟 would be so happy if you answer 😍 regards from Türkiye 💕
petrified cholla cactus looks amazing
The one that is red and green that you used. Does it have a nickname as Christmas jelly beans

Love your arrangement!! Just a question, what type of glue did you use and why? Does the glue not kill the plant or is it some kind of special glue?

@@LauraEubanks Okay, never knew this. One does not stop learning. Thank you
Não entendo seu idioma más por favor me diz? Esse tronco é artificial?
Es natural pero está seco.
love it
Beautiful. Just my opinion, I would have just kept one plant type in the middle of the wood. 'to rest the eye'.
Hi Jackie from Spain here. What type of glue are you using? It’s nit super glue is it? Thanks.
Just seen your answer to same question any glue will do! Thanks
Hi Mam, what glue are you using? Can I use normal paper glue we use for craft work?
Sohan Inder Singh yes!! Any glue will work!
Adorei Muito lindo
New video idea: ASMR in the garden
Yes! I love the vids with just her talking and working in the garden.
The plants dont die .wenht you apply the glue????😊😊😊😊🥀🥀🥀

It's horrific the way you treat the plants!
Original Sin they don’t seem to mind😊
Trypophobia triggered 😖
