Yes this is 2 yrs old but...seems like u would just swap the 2 pots side to side of each other maybe once a week or so.... And lil miss sassy is a keeper for sure!!! Loooovvveeee herrr!!!
So, I've just found your channel this week. I believe I have watched, seriously, 50-60 videos so far... thank you for all of your whit, and information~ I am just out of Modesto, Central Valley California.... I have already been in the garden since I have started watching your videos.... headed to Lowes and the local garden center right now, to look for new pots and just some new fun! have a wonderful upcoming weekend!! :)~
@Cela Whitney ~ sorry, I was in a premier at the time, I seen this comment... I was short.... :).... you can actually find cute pots at Hobby Lobby too...
The Succulant Cat... priceless!!! You have given me the tools to rework my front yard like a gangster. Thx for having this channel Laura. You are my absolute favorite Succulent Lady of the century. Much love from Orange county.
I am a new subscriber as of a couple days ago and I am obsessed with how simple you make it seem. I asked friends for advice because I want to start a succulent garden, and the one who has tons of succulents makes it seems so hard. I think low key she doesn’t want to help.
I recently moved house and found lots of succulents which I didn't really like. Then I found your vlogs on youtube and you have converted me. I started rescuing and repotting and creating new arrangements, so I think I am hooked. Now I am trying to learn the names of the different plants. Thanks for all the inspiration. I love your easy going ways you make things seem possible to a succulent beginner.
After watching you repot I am excited to get to my summer house where I am able to grow all kinds of succulents. I I am anxious to make some new arrangements.
i’m a total newbie to succulents (as in, a few weeks) and i’ve learned so much from you thank you! Love how fun and practical you are. you’re like a little dose of sunshine ☀️
Awesome! I love your quick approach to cleaning up a pot. I didn't realize that if you toss aside the original pot that you trimmed up that it'll regenerate. Thanks so much, this gives me the courage to go in and clean up a pot that my roommate gave me. I'm new to succulents and they've quickly grown on me. 😄 Also, I'm in Nor Cal.
Hey u are back....... good to see you and your videos.... where were u ...just kidding...hope u guys had at good vacation....can wait to see what you have in store for us later in the days to come.😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄
I'm so jealous of your "land of milk and honey" growing conditions! I live in Central Florida and it has rained every day this month. I'm so worried about my succulent arrangements getting rot. Would you consider doing a video about how to plant up an arrangement to be rain resilient? I would greatly appreciate your advice. Love your videos!
We get a lot of rain in Texas as well, but I leave most of my succulents outside. The secret is the soil. If you add enough sand and perlite to the soil (30% of each), it will drain and dry fast enough that you won't have to worry about the succulents being overwatered. When we have 30-40 degree weather in zone 8b, I cover them with a frost blanket at night. Hope this experience helps you.
The toilet and glove story made me burst out laughing! Glad to meet, Sassy! Plants and animals just go together. Love your method of taking cuttings to refresh a planting. Beautiful of course!
Oh my goodness! That was so satisfying to watch! I’m just starting out and learning so much! Next year at this time, maybe I will be able to rework my pots. Thank you! You look refreshed after having your family time.
“I don’t care what kind of soil I use as long as it drains well” - thank you Laura! I mixed gardening soil with perlite because that’s all I had around the house.. but then was doubting myself if I should have purchased cactus soil specifically!
I have spent so much money on soil bcoz I'm a newbie collecting succies and watching alot of succie bloggers they have used different kinds of soil adding perlite, pumice, turface peat moss, coco coir or coco peat. Now I'm really confused. Pls advice. Thank you.
I just reworked my succulent pot this past weekend and been tweaking it here and there. All these tips are awesome! Love your channel. I live in NW Florida so we don't have what you do in plants and weather but I'm finding what I can to do pots for my porch. I love all the color in one pot!
How are your succulents so tough and hardy that that you can be just grabbing away! I obviously need to watch more of your videos - my succulents are so fragile and drop pieces so easily!
Wow, that is gorgeous! I've got a sticks on fire--it's rather small and I'm doing my best to keep it out of rain and in as much bright sunlight as I can get in Maryland. it's a bit big for my succulent bowl tapestry, but I may try to clip off a stalk and plant it in there when it comes time to cut the other succulents back.
Toilet gloves are great. Lol No reason to trash them. Haha. Same thing happened with my cell phone in my back pocket. It. Fell in,I flushed, fished it out, wiped it down with rubbing alcohol, put in a bag of rice and a few days later it worked perfectly. Hahahahaha
Recently found you channel AND I LOVE IT!!! Your knowledge, information and talent is so inspiring. Thank you very much for sharing all of this❣️❣️❣️ One thing I have noticed, compared to other videos I watch, and I watch a lot, is that you are difficult to hear. I have my volume turned up all the way, which I normally do not have to do with other videos. Possibly there is something you could do to remedy this? It can be very frustrating as a listener. Either way though, I will continue to watch and learn from you. Again, thank you for your videos! ‼️❣️‼️
I have been watching so many of these blogs and thank god I found you!❤😍👌 I'm new at this and don't know what to do with my succies (I bought the succies arrangement) that's in a pot and need to repot due to being over crowded. Can you suggest bcoz I'm confused with what soil I should use due to the climate here in Cathedral city. We're still in the high 100 degrees. Thank you for your response.
Your videos are awesome! I’m in New England, my outdoor succs are starting to get spider mite webs. Do you deal w that in CA? And if so, what do you generally do about it for treatment, or just ignore it??? I’ll need to bring the survivors in for Fall/cold winter months and don’t want a contagion to be indoor plants. Tips appreciated 🙏🏻💖
Hi Laura, I just came across your video and subscribed, you have a plant on either side of your yard in the video (you see it at 14:25 ) it's tall and lanky with dark red leaves, I've been trying to find out the name of that plant/tree. I live in So. Cal. too Ventura County. Thanks for any info.
I use regular potting soil too and have wonderful luck. I don't understand why so many are so set about using all this complicated stuff. I just make sure I have alot of draining holes. But I planted a little over a month ago. And they are growing like crazy. Like i think I might need to get in there and get bigger pots. It's insane how fast its getting out of control. And the soil is the same as you just used.. But i also only water my 2 times a month. I think people are having issues because they water to much.
Hi there! I’m about to go out this week and do the same thing to my planters... I’ve always used the wrinkles as a way of knowing when to water my established plants. My question is, if your fresh cutting end up wrinkling due to regenerating new roots - how do you know when to water them?
Thank you for doing a container! All my succulents get eaten by deer so I only have large containers on the balcony. You didn't address what happens with watering. Do you water it at all? When and how? Thank you for your fabulous videos.
I have enjoyed and learned a lot from your videos, which I have been watching for the past couple of years. I am from Canada and work with succulents in our greenhouse, and your information has helped a lot. The question I have is about Aeoniums. You frequently talk about the summer dormant period in summer. I am trying to figure out how that reflects on our climate in Canada as I do not notice a dormant period. They perform very well in our summer months and we can have some very hot summers. We keep them overwinter in our greenhouse and they seem to be somewhat dormant during that time, although I also thought is was because we deliberately do not water them for some of the winter months and start again in early February as we prepare for the spring season. Do you have any information about this?
I'm binge watching. Love the vids without music, like I could be out there, helping out. Living vicariously!
Yes this is 2 yrs old but...seems like u would just swap the 2 pots side to side of each other maybe once a week or so.... And lil miss sassy is a keeper for sure!!! Loooovvveeee herrr!!!
succulent bowls are similar to a floral design that keeps on living.= and giving us babies :) gotta love that!
I love the introduction of the kitty. Pretty awesome! Thank you for another great video.

I love your videos. They’re so informative and entertaining! Just the video I needed to rework my pots. 😊

Great to hear you have new work coming up. This video inspires me to rework a bunch of pots before summer temps go sky high.
After watching you repot I am excited to get to my summer house where I am able to grow all kinds of succulents. I
I am anxious to make some new arrangements.
This "LIKE" is for the apt cricket sounds at 3.30 min during the potty talk. Too funny.

It has 😩 why I’m so scared to plant outside. I’d love to do it. Great 👍 suggestion. That would be awesome if she made a video about this.
Still raining too.

Perfect! Thank you. Planning to repot two tomorrow. You answered all my questions and gave me confidence.
Right! She gave me confidence too as well. I'm so glad I found her channel as a newbie in succies.
I like the new cleaned up container. It sure makes a difference when you take the time to edit some of the growth in a pot. Looks great!
Nothing less than spectacular!!!
So glad you are back.. missed ya
I just love watching these types of videos. I seem to never tire of reworking leggy, run amok-y, hot mess succulents.
I am so glad you are back AND beginning new installs! Stay safe and healthy
The toilet and glove story made me burst out laughing! Glad to meet, Sassy! Plants and animals just go together. Love your method of taking cuttings to refresh a planting. Beautiful of course!
You make it look so beautiful I love it
Thank you for this! I’m inspired and losing the fear of failure. ❤️❤️❤️ from 92154.

I agree, I've been buying cactus and palm soil for no reason, apparently.
I have spent so much money on soil bcoz I'm a newbie collecting succies and watching alot of succie bloggers they have used different kinds of soil adding perlite, pumice, turface peat moss, coco coir or coco peat. Now I'm really confused. Pls advice. Thank you.
I've missed you so much. thanks so much for the inspiration to redo my succulent pots!!
Wow what a gorgeous pot o' succulents. Just love how you do this.
The colors you use are just amazing! I’m always searching for light colors in succulents. They’re so beautiful! 🥰
This is a stunner! You do Amazing work!! Love it!!

I’d treat with a generic pesticide before bringing in the house.
Thank You GOD Bless Your mission😸

@@LauraEubanks I hope so. I am just learning as I go. That's one of the reasons i watch you.. Take care and be safe. Blessings.
Anyone else is dying for Laura to do the huge clam shell in the back? ....... under the sea theme?

Wait until new roots appear before watering cuttings, then gently until plant has developed a more substantial root system.
Muito lindo perfeito 🇧🇷

Hi Hazel!!
Sounds like you’ve got it down! Whatever works! Have fun and thanks for watching my videos!
Laura, speaking of gloves, ant recommendations on a brand you like. Better yet, how about “Laura Eubanks “ gloves?
Beautiful! It looks so effortless and its encouraging. When would you water those cuttings after planting?
As soon as roots reappear so likely four to six weeks from now😊
It will hurt like a mofo. I was worried about the cat, but she didn't step in it. Phew!
Do you water your plants straight away after that or leave it dry for a bit?
HI Laura i have a Question. Once you finish the arrengeament. How Long before you water the suculents? Sorry the bad english. Thank you so much
I have the same question. Going to fix my 3 window arrangements this weekend wondering the same
4-6 weeks :) as soon as new roots appear
@@Hannahbananarocks10 Thank you so much!
🤣 🧤+🚽=👌🏼
I’d buy this arrangement from you!
Hola hermoso cambio,. Sin enraizador? No sé inglés!!!
No riegas hasta cuándo después del cambio?
When can this arrangement be watered again?
I was wondering the same thing?
I believe 2 to 3 weeks when the cut ends callous over but that’s in NY weather.
Thanks Lisa, I was still wondering!
Wow
The garden of death😂
What's the garden of death? Can we see it? And why you have one?
Why did you use potting mix instead of cactus and succulent mix?
I am New Subscribed
😻🌵🌱💚
Please show us the pot in a month as and after video.
I lost a telephone the same way. Not salvageable!
OMG.... just give me those stems, just give me them not wanted pieces :D
