They absolutely are. I was speaking specifically for women with PCOS who also experience constant high levels of LH. Using regular OPKs would detect a rise in LH even when she is not ovulating. Mira Hormone Monitor can measures 4 key fertility hormone and is able to confirm if a woman is actually ovulating. It is best for women with PCOS. If you have PCOS but don’t experience consistent high LH, you can of course use regular OPKs. Those results are accurate from my experience 😊❤️
