Hey dear! So these supplements are made by different brands and most likely there will be instructions on the products to help you know when and how to consume them. For the brand I take, I usually take my folic acid, omega 3, and some vitamins in the morning. After dinner I take my iron, calcium and vitamin C supplements. You can also ask the pharmacist for any advice where you get your supplements from.
it’s safe you need zinc during your pregnancy. as for vitamin E ask your doctor if you need to continue taking it. Vitamin E should not be harmful in early pregnancy.
The instructions are usually written on the box or given by the pharmacist where you buy the supplements. This should guide you through the dosage, etc. Thanks for watching! 🤍
