My favorite part of Gellerpox is hoping that the design team approaches the Tyranid team with a similar mindset of a horde of disposable bodies doing short range and melee damage
I'm hoping the same thing for a World Eaters team.
Honestly nothing stopping you proxying a tyranid team with Gellerpox stats? 4 warriors, one with a ranged weapon which is your leader. One with lash whips, one with scything talons, one with bone swords. Then, 3 hormagaunts (mutants) 4 ripper swarms (glitchlings) and then 4 gargoyles for the equipment.
@@MrPomwarlock True, but Gellerpox is pretty mechanically dissimilar from what we see from Nids teams. I would anticipate a melee oriented Nids bespoke team at some point, maybe even in one of the ITD sets.
@@MrPomwarlock But as a temporary solution, that is still a good solution. People should think about proxies more, especially if they're just running friendlies.
@@jeffreymonsell659 for sure!!! I’m actually running grey knight terminators as “Grey talons of the emperor” lol 😂 I got 3 with halberds (guardian spears) and Kaldor Draigo as leader with sentinel blade and storm shield.
