You coming with big topic today. I think the worst circumstances in Ethiopia is this topic. Because no good costumers service. I think there should be behavioural change with Ethiopian civil service. Do you know how many people working in factories no time to clean their sweet nose or front face or sneezing mucus? Need behavioural change changes and changes. With out exaggeration Ethiopia is the country where that gives pay the citizens with out hard work
