After watching this video, I found a truth.That is if you read a sentence and know what the feeling is when you read it, you can feel it again when others read it. That is the best way to speak and listen better.

Hi Anna! A good collocation for that title on your thumbnail would be: placing an order at Starbucks. “Making an order” implies that we all are working on the order - the drinks and stuff. I mean, just saying that placing an order would sound a little more natural. :)
