Alright Meeno, you had your fun punishing Inklue. Now remove the Octoling cosplay. At least it's better than a boop from Maya Bluedale. Now I feel more empathetic for the Octolings, at least in this channel. Short breaks, no holidays? Well, the good thing is at least C.Q.Cumber didn't show up.
Canonically octolings have it way, way worse than inklings- atleast up until Splatoon 3. The way they have to live their lives, underground, while facing discrimination and persecution if they ever think about coming to the surface is pretty saddening. Of course the tone towards octolings has somewhat changed in 3 and in 2 with Octo expansion but the general attitude even in the story mode in 2 really does not show any mercy or caring towards Octolings or Octarians.
Octolings have WAAAYY more difficult lives than the Inklings
