The next day at work he asked me if I had fallen asleep and I admitted to it. He laughed and told me he would lock his office door and take a nap on his office floor.
Built up tension, maybe a lot of standing. Massage every evening with calming oils like lavender and rose. Theyâll soon feel very different. And theyâll love you for it!
