    Very useful information, thank you so much Dr, for my case is grade 2,for me every morning after get up from bed I feel very pain.. After I move for 1 hour feel better no pain, the problem is every early morning

      Good question! doc. Knee to chest position is difficult, if the fat is more in the gut. alternatively, they can do the similar thing in standing reaching to the floor.

      @@divyaprasath4677 Ellam therapy leyum our benefit irukum, edhume nalladhu illa nu kidayadhu, but in my opinion unga problem, won't be cured by this Dorn Therapy. No research backdates this. Please don't waste your hard earned money. Do core strengthening and work on couple exercises and maintain it as much as possible. If symptoms gets worse, consider surgery!

      Hai dear, thanks for ur concern kanna. Hope u all r fine & healthy. May god bless u always my kids. Truely speaking iam busy for 3 weeks in pooja etc. For my kids & family. What else can i do 4 them other than praying. So sitting for hours my back gets stiffened , iam scared to do exercises if it pains severely then appa has to take me to a doctor, so i just watch almost all of ur vedios kutty. If someone is next to me then i might get the confidence , otherwise iam scared to take risk..how r kutties & mole doing ? Plz do pass my blessings to them also kanna. Takecare & be blessed.
