Love how Abby actually waits until Gibbs gives her the okay to hit the guy despite how furious she is.
I think all that pent up rage just put more power into her punch. Even Tony took a step back!

I can't remember which episode but I think it was one of the early seasons, she made a comment (to McGeek, I believe) about her heavily spiked cuffs, "You think they are just for decoration?"

I loved the relationship between Abby and Gibbs. Just when Abby nicked Fred's phone and Gibbs stepped in front of her protectively that was awesome
Sometimes when I see moments like this I wonder if Gibbs was protecting Abby or protecting someone from Abby.

The episode where Abby is abducted on her way to court and Gibbs and Tony hurry to save her and get there in time to save the abductor from Abby is priceless 😁😁😁

I love the family dynamic with the team. Abby keeps asking to punch him and Gibbs says no until the end where just the word "Abby" is enough (Tony even backs away). When Abby grabs the phone and Gibbs steps in front of her.

She took down a guy who attacked her with a knife in her lab and had him hogtied when Gibbs showed up. She also tased a guy over and over who supposedly was going to take her to the courthouse to testify but really planned on killing her.
Even if she won't take you down herself, Gibbs will.

and Abby is the only one to survive a slap fight with Ziva 🤔

I love the look of Pride on Gibb's face after Abby hits him. You just that he parts waits to let her so she can really let all of her pent up anger out on him. I always loved the father-daughter relationship between Gibbs and Abby.
This was the best time of this show. I loved Abby and Gibbs and all of them. A huge family that fought each other but outsiders had no place.

He wasn't protecting Abby, he was protecting the guy from Abby. He could have gotten out of it without the punch. Gibs would have continued to protect him from Abby if he'd have given up the info.

I loved the group / work family dynamic of these characters! It's something most shows lack

Knowing that Susannah Thompson also played the Borg queen in Star Trek just makes her performance here that much more awesome.
She played oliver queens mom in arrow which is funny since the actor who played mcgee's father played oliver's dad
I come back to this every now and then. It makes me smile how proud McGee was of Abby 💜💜💜
she asked for permission not just to be nice but because she knew until Gibbs said go for it she would be held accountable ... and once they had the dirt ... he could let her enjoy the moment ...
It wasn't really pride. He was jealous that Fred and Abby were friendly, and had a brief rivalry with Fred. Seeing Abby punch him was the best outcome for him.
I grew up with this and Erukea, Mythbusters, Bones, Dirty Jobs, Doctor Who, Warehouse 13 and the other NCIS shows( though this one I watched the most). I have always loved the interactions of between Gibbs and Abby. They have such a father daughter relationship. Seeing this gave me so much nostalgia. Near the end of the day after or during dinner my mom would put one these shows on and we would watch it before bed.
why did we watch all of the same shows growing up. these were my mom and dads fav shows and now I grew to love them. the only ones I don't know are Eureka and warehouse 13.
Major props to their sound crew you can hear the crunch perfectly timed.

I’ve been watching this show since I was a baby with my mom 🥰 this is one of my favorite shows.
same but with my dad the show has grown on me so much I feel like I am a part of it when watching I will sit and watch this show for hours sraight without getting up for anything and these episodes are 45minutes-an hour. meanwhile shows that oly have 20 minute episodes I can only watch for like 1 or 2 episodes

I miss this crew soo much. I haven't watched NCIS since season 13 when Michael left. I tried it this year and i can't connect with it anymore. The actors the first 11 seasons were BRILLIANT. i use to watch it religiously

I love this this is one of my favorites just the clip itself. My other favorite clippers from Asian a float at the end where Gibbs makes the Navy helicopter takeoff and throws the bad guy into the back of the plane my favorite.
I ADORED Abby.
This show had a great cast and a winning chemistry, but Abby was my undisputed favourite.

Is there a reason they can’t arrest him? He was found in the lab moments after the data was wiped. Why can’t they arrest him for tampering with evidence? At least to keep him from leaving?
Because hes contracted by the Government and so without hard evidence arresting him would not only be pointless but political warfare.
Basically they didnt want to do anything official until they had the evidence to avoid fallout.
Also TV drama overrides logic
