    I’m so happy you mentioned that everyone is different and our bodies have personal circadian rhythms and that you don’t need to wake up early to be productive and do great things.
    A great alternative is also tracking your energy throughout the day and scheduling things around the times that you have more energy.

    I always feel like I’m the most productive in the morning and it’s been the best way to get out of a mental fog. Hope you’re doing well 💜

    i feel you i am definitely not a morning person like i physically and mentally cannot be one LOL
    my morning routine is just
    - make my bed
    - skin care
    - brushing teeth
    - drink coffee
    - brush teeth again LOL
    then start my day i have adhd and i am unmedicated and my life is very inconsistent so even keeping up with my very simple routine is very hard but after a month i’ve been able to nail it down and it honestly makes me feel better LOL bc even if my life is crazy and not consistent i always have my morning routine so i hope that hopefully for others like it does for me that a morning routine can help ppl with their mental health
    i love your videos sm seo you being open helps me realize that when i have my moments with mental health that i am not alone !!!

    I'm personally a morning person stuck in a night persons body. I love mornings and being up early, mostly for the solitude and the birds chirping, but I can never resist the sweet temptation of staying up late. The video was great!! I'm glad you mentioned that routines like this can't be beneficial to every single person that tries it, cause I feel like there's a lot of guilt that can be felt when you "fail" to wake up at 5 am and do your skincare like the girls on tik tok. Thanks for the vid!!

      ugh you're so right! i think there's a phrase like "revenge procrastination" or something like that where the person stays up late despite not having to?? i feel like i always stay up late watching shows or tiktok, even tho sleeping would be better for me!

    This sounds like a good experiment to get to know yourself better! It is nice to know now that you are sure that you need to sleep longer. I am a morning person but I don't have a specific morning routine down. I usually work out either after a full day of classes or in the afternoon as a study break!

    Couldn't agree more. I'm personally not a morning person at all. It's like you tell me to do a task in the morning and the same task at night and I'll be a 1000 times more likely to do it at night. I read a quote on pinterest once that i found to be very true (in my opinion) "4am: the time when legends are either waking up or going to sleep" (don't stay up till 4 tho not very good would not recommend from personal experiences) basically you do what works for you.

    for me i’m def not a morning person, if i do workouts it’ll be around the evening and study/productive wise are mostly at night
    if i wake up in the morning (on a school day) i don’t really eat breakfast mostly because i don’t have the appetite to eat in the morning, i also really get tired
    ironically, i did the most studying in the morning HAHA

    Really interesting how an individual's biology can dictate whether they are a morning person or a night owl. Makes me feel better about my habit to sleep in every morning haha
