I have the Pixel 7 Pro for one and a half years, and I've encountered the same issue. My battery has bulged, and because of that i got a small screen burn in the bulge area. I purchased the device in the UK.

Cons:
1. facing the green flash before unlocking, kind of green screen.
And i faced most of the issues with internal display like flickering shuttering
2. Camera suthi metallic finish : In night photography, evalo dha clean pannitu eduthalum lens flare romba irukum because of that metallic finish i guess.
3. Noticeably poor front camera quality compared to other devices!
4. Now this battery bulge is reported by many users on Reddit and I'm also facing it !
5. Sometimes Connectivity issues like Bluetooth, I used pixel buds pro, sony link bud s for 4 to 5 months, during call Bluetoothla play agathu even though Bluetooth is connected with the device. Now I'm using Nothing Ear 2 for the past 5 months I rarely face this issue.
Pros :
1. Build feels sleek in hand (without case )
2. I'm using this phone without a screen protector or screen guard no issues so far !
3. Back Camera and pixel experience lift it up!!!!
4. UI and User friendly experience as well known !!!!

I'm using pixel 7a for 10 months. No issues with battery. Software experience and camera is good. Battery backup is also good. I'm a normal user. Takes time to charge and facing heating issues. Other than that it's a good phone under this budget 😊
