I only really slowed down to make space for the music, but interestingly enough, i didn't slow it down for any jump i didn't struggle with

it is a quicker way to pause to check if they are in the correct place. pressing + or - does pause the game, but it has a bit of delay. snapshot mode doesnt.

Snapshot mode is also used for snapshot buffer, which is basically slowing down the game to do the triple jump on the very edge of the platform they are jumping off
