The reason I love your videos so much is that you always keep it moving. Not rambling on, not dragging things out.....you get to the point and give a lot of information. It's so refreshing. Much love.
For future viewers/NYC visitors: I'd recommend taking the manhattan bridge from canal st over to brooklyn and then taking the brooklyn bridge back (they are only about a block apart in brooklyn) as the views of manhattan from the brooklyn bridge are better than the views of brooklyn. Also will recommend if possible you go back over the manhattan bridge from brooklyn to manhattan at night as the view of downtown manhattan from the manhattan bridge on a clear night can be spectacular.
Going to school I looked out of my front window and saw the time on that red faced clock everyday, that was in the 60's, lol what memories you shared in my home town, thank you, I miss BROOKLYN,
Im from Texas, so I've always wondered what New York is like and this video was very helpful in understanding what to expect if i ever get a chance to visit.
I visited Brooklyn in 1986 with my twin brother & his wife. We went to the Brooklyn Tabernacle for a Sunday service, hands down the best choir I ever heard!!!!!! 👍 My daughter works & lives in Brooklyn, gonna visit her & see Brooklyn again in 2021 🗽❤️
Big Brooklyn Nets fan here....they made the NBA playoffs this year unexpectedly!!!! so exciting...playing the Philadelphia 76ers in the opening round...been to the Barclay's Center once for a game against the Utah Jazz...it is better than their previous home, the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. I had a coworker who lived in Brooklyn Hghts, and we used to hang out at that promenade you were at. I lost touch with him.
I've never been to DUMBO OR Williamsburg, and I plan to ride my bike across the bridge and explore the area using your guides, maybe I'd bump into you if you're still around...I'd probably be feeling starstruck like seeing one of the Nets players! Hahaha
Loved this one Tal, I think this area and Chinatown show the essence of what the city is about, not the tourist hype that is usually overrated. Well done on the 100k subs, I finally got to watch the livestream all the way through yesterday, thanks for the the shout out too brother, much love for that.
Brooklyn Botanic Garden is free on Fridays from 8 am to 12 pm. Otherwise cost is $15. The Brooklyn Museum has Target Saturdays every 1st Saturday of the month. Target Saturday is a donation from Target Department stores. It's from 5 PM until closing time only on the 1st Saturday of every month with the exception of the Saturday before Labor Day. One Hanson Place once the tallest building in Brooklyn can also be referred to as the big clocks building due to the four big clocks atop the building facing north, south, east, and west.
I don't think the days in out trip are enough for all the cool stuff I'm taking out of these videos of yours. I'm gonna have to sit down with my boyfriend and really choose what to do now! Will keep watching anyways!
I have traveled to Asia and Europe, now I think it's time for a trip to the U.S. I would to catch a game at the Mets and Yankees. I've heard New York is great for people with annoying food allergies. Hopefully fly out soon.
You remind me of a recent article I read on Rick Steves when he came to New York. He has a travel series on PBS. He's been all over the world except for New York. He asks his driver about the bridge in front of him but he got the name wrong. It's the 59 Street Bridge. Once he heard that he started singing the famous song by Simon and Garfunkel The 59th Street Bridge Song (Feelin' Groovy). He knows the words to the song but never saw the bridge in person before.
I simply love your channel. But one quick question do you choose your own background music and if so it sounds great. A little jazzy a little hip hop I love it 🥰
I have a question for anyone I would appreciate it if someone would answer. I am planning to move to Brooklyn next yr. I'm needing to find employment. I'm trying to become a Pro Boxer but I need a job that will support me financially next yr when I move there any advice? I'm also interested in searching for an Affordable apartment in Brooklyn area next yr.
93rd view, 11th like and possibly the third comment. Hello Tal! Very cool video, lots and lots to see and do in Brooklyn. Is it the second most populous of the boroughs after Manhattan? Seems to have so much to offer.
Brooklyn is the largest Borough by population. Brooklyn has almost 900,000 more people than Manhattan. It is estimated that by 2020 census Brooklyn will pass the city of Chicago in population.
The cheesecake is so worth it! As a native Brooklynite, you can't come to Brooklyn without trying a slice of Junior's Cheesecake. If $8 is too much, you can get a little one at any NYC Whole Foods for $3.99.
Katz's Deli just like its original Manhattan counterpart, is just as much as an overpriced ripoff like $18 for a half pastrami sandwich? Highway robbery to me, and most of that food hall.
The reason I love your videos so much is that you always keep it moving. Not rambling on, not dragging things out.....you get to the point and give a lot of information. It's so refreshing. Much love.
Yes! That’s exactly how I feel.
From a native Brooklynite and long-time resident, this was a pretty good coverage of Downtown Brooklyn.
Thanks Eli!

Fulton St and the immediate area surrounding it is great for street photography.
In fact I’ll be there this next Thursday to do just that. 📸👍

Do Bed Stuy sooo much history In that neighborhood
Nice!!
How many people have said if they could afford it they'd move to New York in a heart beat? How many people have said that before?
Love cheesecake but OMG! $8!!
Yeah wayyyyy toooooo pricey
That's what they charge here at the Grimaldi's I work at in San Antonio. A good cheesecake takes time hence the price.
That's good for NYC. /sarc

@@teejay4273 WF sells slices of Junior's?
😍 hi Tal
Hey Karen!
Some good content, but too much speculation of I think he was born here I think this was originally… Would have liked some more certainty.
Make a vid about pewdiepie moving to Dlive!
What's that! I need info

Nope. Had to turn it off. If I heard him say Brooklyn one more time...
That beard! grow so fast! lol jk
Haha super fast!
Not a cat person? Shame on you!!
Haha sorry Peggy!
What a dull and random area, who needs 8$piece of cake and a street with h&m
NYC sickens my puke. I'll be 'Glad to see You go.' Festering carbuncle has no redeeming features that i can see.
