Nice razor Gary. Sounds like you got fixed up. Just take it slow and use no pressure, you will be fine. It’s a learning curve and that’s what I love about it, always something to learn.
Very nice shave Gary and that is one sweet razor too. It was the point of the razor that got your ear. Don't feel bad, all of us straight razor users have done it. That's also why we recommend getting a round point razor. Canada wanted more alcohol tax money is what it boiled down to. You see, the beer store was the only place that they could collect the tax from apart from the liquor store for tax on wines and liquors. Now they have to collect more tax money from these other stores instead of just the beer store which I have no doubt that it's still in business. They're going to get a lot more alcohol tax money as a result.

No but they did just come out with the Rockwell 6S in gold but it is priced out of my reach. Good luck on your SR journey.
