True, the deck is only as good as the best deck in the format, with 10 free spaces, post handtraps. That they can compliment. By themselves they don’t really do much. Maybe a Concistador pop or a Eldlich pop and defense, but that doesn’t really make a deck.
The fact that the one good deck name in the past 10 years got ditched in favor of generic "archetype name" is the peak equivalent of George Foreman 1984 levels of Whitewashing.
I like the Bird Up deck fine, but I think it works better as a hard combo deck over the "mid-range" or turn three decks that pure Tri-B and pure Lyrilusc are. It can set up a formidable board but it requires a lot of investment and has a lot of small weaknesses that the individual pure variants don't. Pure Lyrilusc is a really capable deck, and I think it has more potential without adding Tri-B. Since you open so many more extra deck and tech slots.
he probably knows this by now, but if you start with the brown one (cobalt sparrow) and bird call you wanna search turquoise warbler, then don't use the effect to special summon, and instead use warblers effect to bring sparrow out, much higher ceiling than the weird stuff he did, could have ended on simorgh double dragon UDF and 5 bounce ensemblue
Could hae also beefed up the token with recital and crashed it, and with assembled nightingale that would have been lethal, also could have made a 4 mat zeus with just assembled instead of commuting to UFD
If he put the nib in atk position it would've been game. Atk direct for 600, 3 times, 5300-1800 and then the very small recital into his nib token for game after using the effect of the nightingale to prevent the dmg for himself.

Running 1 Triple Tac over a copy of Bird Strike is definitely questionable. If you were running more than 1 that would be understandable, but the fact that you have no room 2 means that its just more consistent to run Bird Strike since its searchable

Not even taking into account that Triple tac is pretty inconsistent just on its own because its often a dead card if your opponent has no hand traps

I doubt it will cause MBT to make any new jokes, but it would be funny to watch him try think of something new (though I hope he doesn't blow a fuse in the process) or justify sticking to the "they are lesbian lovers" joke.

You can fit a lot more useful tech cards with the small engine in Pure, and the increased extra deck wiggle room lets you play cool cards like Zeus, Sky Cav, and that Rank 2 negate monster (Dark Mist?). Just being able to jam the extra handtraps is a big boon for the deck, and the Eldlich cards only synergize in theory and not as well in execution. Now that they have their own gameplan, and it's super consistent, I'd avoid the Eldlich cards.

Making foolish spelling mistakes also makes you look like a buffoon. So it isn't just one mistake, but a start on a dangerous path.
Im not gonna lie... your deck is really cringe and i know how to make the deck a little better 3 barrel canary is bad if you want to go that route because it locks you hard into xyzs and not even get the added benefits of using the links and Revolt is stupid broken to not even use in the deck. would highly recommend on cutting out 2 barrel canary and apex avian for 3 revolts and replacing simorg for a bearbrum after combo set up. Also crossout is unnecessary unless you are extremely scared of hand traps (And the one hand trap that does kill it is nib) but bird up is flexible against hand traps.
