game night is game night. It is an event. Preparing food is a given in our group. By everyone. Snacks are everyone's own business. Personally I prefer fruit and vegetables over chips and such. Fatty stuff only blocks your body. In any way treating pnp sessions like a low lvl cookout makes it just so much more fun imo.
DM shouldn't need to supply snacks, since they are already doing all the work to prep and run a session. Players should be covering that, at least for themselves, if not for others including the DM.
Wow! What an awesome game room!!! I love that you took the whole ambience in to account. It's not just a fancy table in a room with books on shelves. First of course the table does look great, and I love the fold out player areas. And a flip-felt top for other hobbies (puzzles or poker, heh), brilliant idea! That chandelier is gorgeous! All the other lighting, both fire/candle-like and swanky RGB included. Fire place, etc. I think I caught speakers in there, too, yeah? Background music/sound can't be wrong. My favorite features though are Bob the Beyonder, the "bricks" on the walls, and the booze barrel (and I'm not even much of a drinker, but what a great place to keep your stash!). FANTASTIC!!! Thank you for sharing... So, uh, when am I coming over to play? I'll be happy to bring some pizzas to the game night. :D
Fantastic room! I'm doing something similar to my game room but getting the faux stone from Amazon. What did you use to adhere the panels to the wall? I read once they are glued on if you ever want to remove them it will damage the dry wall and require all new drywall.
We used a glue adhesive and trim nails. If we ever remove them it will require sanding and repaint for sure! Thanks for watching and good luck on your build! 😃
@@ontheflycomics8825 Thanks. I was hoping for a more “global” shop like the big “A”. 😬 But since I’m from Germany, I unfortunately won’t be able to visit local stores in the US. 😶
Doubtful this will be seen but been wanting to do this for a long time now and was wondering where did you get the brick patterned material and the hinges used on the table?
Looks great! In my experience, alcohol *etc* and gaming don't mix well. Great for after the session tho. Also, that hooked player area support looks ready to damage careless knees. Maybe a little padding?
That looks fantastic! I have my own D&D room that's medieval and would like to know where you got those lights. I currently have lanterns but they don't flicker.
It’s an amazingly cool room regardless, but I have to say I’m a little disappointed after all the time you spent making the walls and table look Renaissance-like that you covered it all up with tons of modern-looking furniture pieces and appliances.
Geez a DM who supplies munchies and booze! You are a Demi God. Most we ever got back in the day was pasta and sauce
LOL! I'm actually not the DM. It was all a bribe for my DM so he will give us extra magic items. ;)
A . . . . . D-M EE God
LOL!

Looks stunning! Thanks for the video. 🙂

I love what you did with the room. It all looks fantastic. Would you be able to share the ballpark number of what the table cost in materials?
Thank you! 😊 I’d say around $500-600
@@ontheflycomics8825 What are the dimensions of your table? How many players does it comfortably fit?
It sits 8 players comfortably. It’s a little larger than 4 x 8
@@ontheflycomics8825 Thanks for the response! That's 3 players on each side plus one on each end?

Thank you! We got the dragon head from Amazon!! 😃
Great job!!
Thank you!😊
Did you find the foam bricks repeated themselves much in regards to colour and pattern ?
No not too bad because you can cut them to any pattern you want. They are a plastic material not foam.😊
The perfect man cave! Where did you get the lights at 2:35 from?
Fixtures came from Orion’s in Medford OR and led lights came from lowes and Home Depot.😊

Hi thanks for watching! The brick material was purchased from Wayfair and we got the hinges from Amazon. 😀
Amazing design. Where did you get the sconces from?
We have a store here locally that Carries all kinds of old light fixtures!

Where did you get the onlays at? Thanks - looks great.
@@thefellowshipofstealth1675 we ordered them off of Etsy! Thanks for looking!

No one in our gaming party gets sloshed.
The hook surprising doesn’t hit anyone’s knees when extended. 😀
Wish you had links to where you purchased items such as snack rack and wallpaper
We got the snack holder off Etsy and wall bricks from Wayfair. Thanks for looking! 😊
Absolutely Epic. Where did you find the carved onlays at 1:43
Thank you! We found those on Etsy! 😊
How did you hide the seams of the faux wall. Did you use gray caulk?
We cut along the space between the bricks to make random patterns and overlap them so the seams could not be seen.
Woooow man that looks so fucking sick.
I also love your littel snack Station even if i would prefer some skittels there
Thank you!😊 skittles are good!😂
FRICKEN AWSOME 100% making want to build my own lol
Do it!!!😊
The Dragon head and the beholder, where did you get those from? Great work on everything and lots of details. Your players will love it!
We bought those guys from Amazon! Cheapest spot we could find. 😊 thank you!!!
Where did you get the brick panels?
From Wayfair.com 😀
This room looks amazing. You really did a great job. So about how big was the room itself?
Thank you! The room is about 300 sq feet
