I don’t even eat 3 meals a day, i’m full off breakfast and lunch and by then im already fasting. The weight drops off dramatically for me. Everyone is wired differently tho. Lifestyle not a diet! Gotta be healthy mentally too not just physically.
It may help if she finds a fancy glass or favorite cup she likes and put some crushed ice in with her water and a squeeze or two of lemon/lime juice. Helps her mind think its more than water. Did this with my child and now all we drink is water in our home. Hope this helps and good luck to her ❤❤❤
I get her with the water thing. But she can do it! I just completed a 30 day water challenge and I now am drinking mostly water. I'm more mindful of drinking water. if I drink a soda I go and drink 32 Oz of water. It's been the best thing that happened to me ❤ and I'm on a weight loss journey as well.

Water also stretches your stomach and you want your stomach to be small. Don't eat big meals or drink a lot of water at once. If you shrink ur stomach it will get full on small portions.

So I mixed like 10 percent juice in with water, then I started using the Walmart crystal light packets, then I stopped that and used lemon juice mixed with water, now I can drink regular water just fine… it doesn’t taste good all the time but it’s necessary, it’s the only thing I drink….
Drink water with electrolytes victoria. I really love water and showers and I be peeping like every 3 hrs. I am a water person but my roommate doesn’t drink water, she said electrolytes helps.

When u plateau, 1500 calories, etc. Weigh it on a food scale if you're not good at calorie counting. No more than 2 oz of whatever you eat. I lost weight eating pizza, just ate half a slice. Wait 20 min and the hunger will go away.
IMO water doesn't help you lose weight. It's retained in the tissues which makes you look puffy and adds water weight. You don't have to over do it on water especially if u eat fruit and veggies.

Put some Crystal Light in your water. There are lots of flavorings with zero calories.
Start with eating less than you did yesterday. Weigh yourself to measure progress.
