@@SmokinSteve I think I'm going to get the phantom. Do you run your rotisserie with any of the main burners on?

No I just used the back burner when doing the chicken. I’ve seen where some will use a couple of their other burners, but mine seemed to work out just fine with just the back burner.

Thanks Jackie …. Gotta keep it interesting. Now another learning curve going back to a gas cooker. So far so good …. I will be having some videos on some grilling and smoking using the gasser before too long.
