Tapioca Flour Dumplings in Coconut Milk :: Krong Krang Nam Kati :: Thai Traditional Dessert

  • Today I will make another Thai Traditional Dessert "Krong Krang Balls in Coconut Milk". It is very easy to make. The smoky smell of roasted sesame seeds make a good flavors of dessert. The taste is so good and not too sweet. It will be more delicious if the Krong Krang is soaked in coconut sauce for at least 3 hours before serve.
    RECIPE: (Krong Krang)
    200g Tapioca Flour
    150ml Boiling Water
    Food Coloring (Pink : You can add other food coloring of your choice.)
    Krong Krang Mold
    RECIPE : (Coconut Sauce)
    500ml Coconut Milk
    200ml Water
    120g Sugar
    3/4 Tsp Salt
    1 Tbsp Roasted Black Sesame Seeds (Sprinkle on top of the dessert.)
