What i noticed in Korea was that employees of any job are hard working and the ethical quality of people was higher than the United States, but so many were quite underpaid for their efforts, ethos and hard work.
In the United States, ethos is not valued as much, or places like Los Angeles, anyway. In major metropolitans like Los Angeles, you often find grumbly, rude, unethical, lazy, bad ethosed employees.
In Korea, i noticed that standards were kept better.
I once was in New York and ran across a company that took pride in an American invention, used quality American materials for manufacture and had hard working employees. He told me at an interview that he couldn't pay the highest salary, but that the company acted like family.
When i took a tour of the factory, i could see that it was true.
Not being from New York and rather on an insane escape from a maddening situation of kidnap and cover up in los Angeles, i decided to go back home, but i still often wonder about the company, though i forgot its name.
It reminded me of when America still had and ethical backbone of harf work and quality, taking pride in one's work and not valuing money made by cheating or cutting corners.
While feeling a strange love respect for the company, it made me sad that this is so rarely found in places like Los Angeles. People here are bad and the quality human beings are underpaid and used while sociopaths snake their way into higher positions and pays.
Even the 911 operators, something life or death depends on, is trash in Los Angeles. The quality of workers is consistently declining and the City is quietly being poisoned by bad ethos, bribery, thievery and people refusing to do their jobs properly over "pay grade."
To stay within one's scope of job description is one thing, to intentionally stop at a perceived limit and complain about oay grade to a person being held hostaged and assaulted is the very snake ethos that got cops and personnel killed.
When these people thought i died, stole my identity and money.
Bosses are also the problem, valuing the bad ethos or bad work ethic sycophants over the hard working and uncomplaining.
The 911 operator example is a recent one where i jad called an emergency service to address home invaders and rapists. Each of the operators' goal on 6/17 was to give attitude and simply ignore active rape assault and an active hostage situation. The operators were more concerned about "attitude" than assessing and addressing a situation.
This all happened bc Los Angeles failed to hire properly, to take precautionary measures against things that destroy institutions and address the snake ethos weaving through the local govt itself. A lust and reliance on money is only partially the problem.
When i briefly lived in Korea, i met workers that worked fairly mundane jobs like this, but found the little perks and positives, ultimately being grateful for a job and paycheck in between grumbles and doing a good job while being good to customers.
If a situation were to occur, let's say a customer dropping their miniature cake on the floor or something, they'd use their discretion to make a decision that's best for the store and probably give them a new cake for free.
If they noticed someone doing it on purpose for the fifth time, might not.
Here in Los Angeles, the cops and emergency response operators themselves had nigger ass shyangnyun attitude problems and refuse to do anything but the bare minimum "above their pay grade."
And this idiot country of a place then gives people welfare, unemployment, benefits without even verifying if the people deserve a paycheck or not.
The local govt itself has become lazy and corrupt. Our own MAYOR is a jackass that refuses to address even the most alarming of hostage situations going on in Los Angeles.
The 1990's started a "snowflake" campaign that told all the idiot kids that theu could be anything they wanted to be, tearing people out of reality. Los Angeles and california went on some "racial equality" rampage that replaced the most qualified men with seeming diversity. Id rather have quality than diversity.
My city and county continue to cover up my kidnap and the fact that im still alive and sent imposters in my place to The State Dept, resulting in several men getting murdered..for money.
California likes to think it's so special and progressive, but this is a state that wastes food stamp money every fiscal year and hands out SSI to..i dont know how the state does SSI.
All i know is that the local govt of Los Angeles is either entwined with or hostaged by both organized crime groups and domestic terrorist groups, leaving idiots and snake ass ethosed people to damage the city further.
When i was first discovered as a genius, i did not like that i was the only non White man. So i demanded that i be put through the same training, same bullets, same courses, same endurance and same requirements to sit amongst the leaders of our military. I asked for and expected no favors for my asian-ness, orphaned ness, kidnapped ness nor genius-ness.
And that is why this bad ethos of a City has taken me hostaged, bc it is run by thieves and keeshas who live off of ofhers' merits.
Babies are being raped in a system that hands our children into trafficking markets.
Spoiled, retarded daughters are being catered to with unearned merits.
When i was discovered as a genius, i did not ask for an Asian girl spesho school or program witj extra soft care and pillow fluffy treatment. I demanded that i run with the white males between 18 and 20.
If i was to be taken seriously by what i would take most seriously in my life, i wanted to prove that i am qualified, not receiving spesho treatment for anything, not even my kidnap situation. (I was kidnapped as a baby..long story, it's why my name is both kelly kwon and galiel gwang.)
This city has gone soft, like a flaccid dick with syphilis.
It is why the domestic terrorism and crime go unreported while emergency response operators on certain days including 06.17.2024 jeer and mock active hostages and quin about the "attitude" of people in active hostaged situation being raped while speaking about pay grade.
I've been told that bribery taking by the cops results in a smack on the wrist so that stealing my military paychecks was "worth it."
The 911 operators will most likely not even face punishment, at worst a "er, you're not supposed to do that..errp."
This city, while hiding behind the facade of "political correctness" and equality or whatever it is, has seeded its own govt with snakes.
Good cops have been killed by bad ones, detectives gone missing, kidnapped cops.. all while 911 operators want to complain about "attitude" and pay grade.
Los Angeles is not the Tinsel Town that outsiders think it is, it is a snake riddled, crime run city.
People from out of state sometimes show up, renting rooms that were formerly domestic violence shelters or safe bouses where everyone got killed and thieves took over, none of it going reported, only to end up getting robbed then enslaved or killed without a trace with no one to look for them.
My city also assumed me dead when they started stealing my paychecks and living in my apartment and claiming my story and identity.
Even some clergymen have disappeared, none of it going reported.
For the spiritually in tact, let that sink in.

Things like jealousy, covet, etc. ARE that important to address. Teaching kids how to earn their ways is thay important.
(While recognizing that in 2024, there are still remnants of neighborhoods where the onlg wau to earn was to rob or sell drugs. Those kinds of neighborhoods have largely disappeared where there is no choice, but the remnants remain and are recignized.)

Los Angeles is a terrible, terrorist taken over city.
..and the cakes are very cute and look like it takes a lot more work and tedium than regular sized cakes. May your lives stay fulfilled and joy be found in what is valuable in human life.
Avoid bad ethosed people, help the foolish and naive, but aim for good ethosed people bc the economy is going to get worse for domestic life here in America, anyway.
And it is not bc "the govt tryna keep us poor," it's because it the face of threats both foreign and domestic, the safety and sanctity of the lives of civilians falls into the hands of the military and govt and corruptions aside, we believe that the best of the best men work to keep the liberty of life without fear of the wicked in tact.
No one should have to walk down the street and worry about their grandmother getting taken hostage by some local gang while cops either take bribes or go missing themselves.
Ever.
