Hey. There is a ceiling fan and a heater that you saw, it’s very warm in winter but sometimes in peak summer it can get quite hot. I’ve seen some people buy an extra table fan which isn’t too expensive just for the extra cool air. Hope that helps

You’re welcome! Yes, there is something happening nearly every week, it’s harder to make friends in urban community compared to the residential village but it’s possible

Feb 2022. Yes, I applied as soon as I got the acceptance offer cause the accommodation runs out
