Wow! I've never heard of freedom put in these perspectives before. I love how you said that biblical freedom is freedom from yourself. Unique way to look at it. Thank you for your words of wisdom. And thank you for your service!
Finally, a voice of reason! I'm so heartsick from my fellow American Christians shouting their "rights" above anything else. Many even mock humility/Christlikeness as weak and meaningless. I pray your message reaches many.
This is a solid explanation about the difference between freedom as the world defines it vs. freedom in Christ. I remember something similar from, I think, Winkie Pratney, saying that "real freedom is not being able to do whatever we please, but having the power to do what is right. Keep being a voice for your generation.
Biblical freedom is denial of self. I agree! Preach it. There is such freedom in being a bondservant of Christ. His yoke is easy and his burden is light. 🙌🏼
True freedom = Freedom from self. This is sure a lot to think about. We have been too entitled to our rights, but we forget to die to self. God help us to become more like Christ daily 🙏 I don't know if I've said it before, but Galatians 2:20 is one of the verses I declare and claim for myself daily. It empowers me. It is no longer us who live but Christ in us 🙏
Freedom from Sin: The Bible teaches that through Christ, we are freed from the bondage of sin. This freedom is far more significant than any earthly freedom. Love for Others: Christian freedom is characterized by love for others. It calls us to put the needs of others above our own, even if it means sacrificing our own desires or freedoms.🙏

Appreciate the kind words.. glad it was a blessing
This is indeed a PULSE of Christianity; freedom without restraint is bondage. Thanks for sharing this.
🙌
Thanks for putting this out. Biblical freedom over any other kind of freedom.
May we not lose sight of our freedom in Christ.
Right! Bless you!

Thank you my friend… Truth must override our preference
