Would love to see an episode on strategies to break through a plateau. Been training quite a while and just learned from you the idea of having a feeder set at a higher weight than your working weight to make your actual working set easier. Absolutely brilliant. Would love to hear some more of these ideas as that was such a huge help. Can’t tell you how disappointing it is not progressing at some lifts even after resting a week, etc.
I'm 61, started out again in my 50s, I'm natty and as you can imagine finding it hard to keep gaining, bulking is no good because it goes straight to the belly region and I look fat, and find it hard to lose. I've changed my diet to a high protein diet and noticed a change, but in that, I've had to up my training to keep the gains let alone build, and in that I'm finding recovery is longer and fatigue hits harder. I totally get how knowledge and understanding each individual and genetics is complicated and how being a coach and understanding individual requirements can get scientific and the thought process and minute changes that are needed to get the goals, if you know what I mean.
I came off after competing in my 20’s, biggest difference is body composition, you simply can’t add too much weight or it goes straight to your waistline. I was well over 20st off season while on, the fat I had was evenly distributed and that goes out the window when you come off.
Would love to hear your thoughts on training and diet while working nights?and there is no way to get on days doing my kind of work Especially being a natural lifter in their late 40s. Thank you
How have you seen THC affect (positively or negatively) the pursuit of bodybuilding in terms of sleep, diet, bloodwork, mentality, etc. Also, do the blue light blocking glasses hide red eyes from parents, asking for a friend. Love the channel Kuba!
Hi Kuba, I would like to ask you: is it true that natural athlete should not afford to gain more fat than enhanced one after diet/prep for maximal gains afterwards in off season?
I'm not Kuba, of course, but the best bet is microdosing. Too much can throw off the NAD ratios within the cascade which can lead to some horrible symptoms. For a point of reference, if it's helpful, I'm using 100mg 3x per week. I'm dealing with a few health issues but I'd start much lower, I.e. 25mg. If you inject too much or too fast, you'll get a weird rush feeling. Similar to tren cough it seems, but more of a stomach burn than a lung burning feeling.
@@fefolol3721 You're not gonna gain half a kg of muscle per week naturally. 1-1.5lb gain per week will just result in you becoming obese after 6 months.

Why would you avoid TRT at 61 particularly if you’re training hard?
