The statement about "Ethics" and there being a loophole that didn't include DAs makes a huge point. How many Distract Attorneys fell under this blanket of protection? Is that why George Soros is able to "Gift" large dollar amounts to get DAs to do his bidding, and if so it's a bit late to close the barn door but maybe this should be looked into, considering police officers are not even supposed to accept a cup of coffee for fear of being considered bias. Miss Willis's mess up could be a blessing to the public in disguise!

I thought state legislatures were elected to make state laws not investigate state elected prosecutors. I thought it was the state bars duties to look into discrepancies of prosecutors or any attorneys licensed by the state bar.

There is no possible way there can be no oversight of the financial budget. Fani applied and got a grant. Having worked with grants my whole entire life. I know that grants allow you to purchase certain things, specifically for a certain project. She got the millions of dollars in grants to open centers for kids after school to help keep them out of trouble. What a wonderful idea. But that is all the grant money was to be used as for that project and you do have to account for every penny and send reports on what is spent and what it was spent on, and there are huge legal consequences if you take advantage of a grant. Fani’s assistant (whistleblower) was telling her they are misusing the grant money on frivolous things such as new laptops and trips that the grant did not cover. I have never seen someone steal so much money and nobody do anything. Senator. Why don’t you talk to large counties that has high appropriation money given to them yet they never seem to have this sort of problem. Dallas County has a higher appropriation of financial resources to judicial system. Then Fulton County and there is not theft going on stealing money from the taxpayers. I don’t understand why she’s not arrested and thrown in jail for stealing just like anybody else would. She hasn’t been skimming off the top, she’s been going all the way to the bottom and skimming. And I’m sorry, but the main council member knows nothing, and I would be so embarrassed to sit across from the senator and not be able to answer one single question and have to look to my left and my right and ask the question from those people. Everything involved with the government needs oversight. Apply it to the federal system, the Congress set the budget and has oversight on if it gets more and they have to say why they want it and exactly what they’re going to do with the funds. She should said exactly why she needed the funds. Instead, this man opened Fulton County Bank and gave her everybody’s tax dollars. She needs to pay every penny back that she stole, have a gag order placed on her, and she should be there trying to answer your questions and you cannot let her over you. Whenever she’s losing, she tries to speak over you say your voice is drowned out. That would be a good time to get duct tape to tape her mouth and have her listen to everything she did wrong and all the people she hurt.

Isn't it the Georgia states bar the ones that have the authority over a elected prosecutor of a county or is this just a kangaroo committee made up by state legislatures by the Republican party? If not wouldn't every single person charged with a crime use this to challenge a prosecutor of some type of discrepancy or dereliction of duty? Because every defendant could challenge the budget of the prosecutors office. Because counties are small and people always have people that have friends or friends of friends that might know someone in the prosecutors office. The prosecutor can only pay someone who is working on any given case a set hourly rate that has to be authorized.

She literally campaigned on this very issue to which her opponent was guilty of. She claimed it was inappropriate and wrong for him to have done it. That proves at the very least that she is dishonest and not to be trusted. A county DA must not be a proven lier. She deserves to be disbarred and jailed for perjuring herself on the stand when asked about the affair under oath.
