Damn seriously impressive. Hopefully Bethesda is paying attention because why do we have to rely on mods to have an amazing house with functionality like this. Gads the automatic organization alone is a blessing from Akatosh.
I randomly downloaded this mod and I wasn't disappointed. big but not too big! nicely set up and feels like a real home. cool storage containers too, they're actually items instead of a ton of chests.
It's just so...empty. So many of these house mods offer huge rooms and fill them with like 2 beds a wardrobe and a table. There's very little effort into the actual interior decoration. Who really needs like 50 chests and 80 mannequins? Mods like the Whispering waters home or the Halla mod are filled with beautiful decorations, albeit they are a bit smaller. Wish i could find a large home that was well decorated in a good location with a decent amount of storage not hundreds of weapon racks and mannequins.
I know this comment is a year old but i'll still reply :D i agree, this home feels quite spacey, but after digging for hours it's the one i settled in on my game on the ps4. Most other homes I checked are either too small for a family or are lacking in bookshelf storage, it's the most important kind of storage for my book-collector wizard character. This house has an amazingly big library! Plus i like the organized storage.

Don't know if it's the load order or Bethesda....do you have issues with Skyfall? I hope to switch to Skyfall when it's back up. I moved back into Lakeview Manor as Frostvale just kept crashing. What is out there that would even compare to Skyfall?? Don't wanna be in this vanilla house anymore... Thought about Fort Gnissis, but I haven't seen any good showcases on it yet..what do you think???

I've been playing skyrim for over 7 years now, left for ESO for awhile, but I'm back again trying out all these new mods. Your vids and others are very helpful with this so, thank you for making them. I have some cosmetic ideas of my own, but i'm not a programer, just a player. Thought if a mod makers liked any of my ideas they might implement them. Most of the Mod makers don't leave contact info, any help would be cool. Looking forward to any new vids you make.
Unfortunately, as of right now, the limitations on these mods by Sony aren't letting them move family into the houses. From what I've heard, it is something mod devs are asking for and looking into.
WARNING ABOUT THIS MOD! It causes CORRUPT SAVE FILES if you change almost ANY other mod in your load order (XBOX ONE). I was able to fix it temporarily by reloading an older save file that was not corrupted, then reloading the corrupted save file. This issue started after Skyrim unofficial patch. Its the worst disappointment because this is the best house mod I have ever had, and is my favorite.
Are we able to own the house? I've read a few things saying there would be a sign outside where you can purchase or a chest under the bridge with the key and deed to the land but I can't find either of those

Was one of my favorite homes, but it was too buggy and crashy once you loaded up the interior with books / mannequin armor / weapon racks.

I did an update video. All of LD's mods are currently removed from bethesda due to issues on bethesda's end.

Bilal Hobbs Not until the Sony allows it really. The mod devs have to port stuff over from pc and Sony hasn't allowed out to happen yet
