Not sure why they didn't mention it but Lethal Tempo is OP rn and should be your go to on Yasuo since it reduces your Q CD to 1 second at level 1 and makes your level 1 insanely strong.
It's worse on him than yone so it's like preference for conq, both are good. But yeah it is very very strong for sure

His early game is strong as he can turn or at least escape every gank from lv 2
His mid and late game is strong because he scales with crit items
His can decide if he wants to teamfight or splitpush as he's good at both
And yet there's always a 0/10 yasuo on my team
with great power comes great amount of apes wanting to try it out
He has a few hard matchups. And if you don't know how to play them yasuo becomes pretty weak. He is also easy to gank when your minion wave is dead.
its not as easy as it looks , because he loses to almost every champion that is not an mage or adc

seeing this video really brings to mind how similar Samira and Yasuo are as champs. I play a lot of Samira (bot and top), and the kits are extremely similar. projectile blocks, auto cancelling q's, e and q can combine. Samiras survivability, and mobility and cc are toned down in exchange for an aoe ult and a ranged attack

If ur practising combos in practise tool. Make sure u dont have auto refresh cool downs on. Combos is alot easier with auto refresh cool downs on and u will most likely fail the combos in game.

@@luumuhillo4073 if u have cooldown refresh on ur Q actually had lower cooldown, so if you do the air blade or key blade in practice tool u might not do it in game
@@asves4536 I said almost, there's barely any difference to doing airblade with auto cd on. As it's already 1.33 sec and when you use E after half a second has gone by your q cd gets lowered to zero which is basically as you had auto cd on

step 4: go into 5 solo and lose game
Here is a tip, always assume you're gonna get ganked as yasuo. This seems very self explanatory, but everyone doesn't take this into consideration.

Used to play Yasuo few years ago, my main and I loved to play him, but overtime got tired of getting flamed by team when I wasn't doing good because I play Yasuo so I stopped playing him. I hope one day I'll start playing him though.

I think because Yasuo has a small window where he is weak, a lot of players find him annoying.
That's right. That's basically the definition of a champ who is considered OP in low elo. It's not that these champions are stronger, but they take more calculations to defeat. And it's hard for low elo players to keep track of all aspects of each champion at the same time.
He forces you to sweat against him when you just want to chill and enjoy a game

If u wanna cheese some lvl1 kills starting e is pretty good vs ranged laners that want to bully you lvl 1.
You let them walk up then dash to a minion close to them and run them down with lethal tempo and e on the wave, if done correctly its an easy kill vs those match up and it works because they expect you to start q
As the Yasuo on the ennemy team, I approve this guide. (This champ might be hard when you start but don't worry it always works at some point)

more accurately when your Q cd is lower than 0.5 sec casting a dash can reduce it to 0 that's why keyblade combo is possible at the first place

If your playing in d4 and above I would not recommend picking yasuo without knockups. You will very rarely solo kill the enemy mid if he's good and they will simply provide way more in teamfights and skirmishes since you can't land a good ult. The amount of time I felt so useless picking yasuo without knockups in my d2 games
not true, if u know how to pla him u'll be fine without knockups. PZZANG the best yasuo 1300 lp challenger korea doesnt need knockups

Yasuo's earliest powerspike second to his level 2 "E" is Berserker's Greaves, it gives Yasuo an insane advantage.
Here's what I would change:
I would run lethal tempo instead of conqueror. It's just a lot better than conqueror right now, and offers huge level 1 and 2 power to those who want to duel early.
Domination second is overrated, and most yasuo players have realized that after taking bone plating and revitalize. Ever since Yasuo's windwall and health nerfs, the only way to prevent getting completely blasted early by the midlane assassins, is to beef up his shielding and sustain. I personally haven't been taking triumph either. I've been taking revitalize and last stand.
Secondly, some Yasuo mains have been taking zeal second and building into immortal shieldbow starting on noonquiver so you can get the 1.33 sec cooldown on Q faster. That's more of a personal preference for a lot of us though. I personally do it in most games. Some take vampiric scepter to get through tougher matchups.
And finally, watching and learning from Yasuo mains could help you a lot with matchup knowledge. I like to watch PzZang and Dzukill. You could also watch Yassuo (moe) and Dr.Yas

I Just started to play him bc I got the Projekt skin for him back when it came out but now I just love him, practice makes perfekt but once perfected he is a beast
So idk why, but somehow this combo with ulting before spin is really inconsistent for me. I have the timing down really well, but sometimes the ult seems to get chaincommanded after spinning, even if i wasnt in the spin animation when i pressed ult... Is this a bug or something? Maybe my pc cant keep up as I only have 60 fps at max?

But if you eq ULT you get to have a charge of Q after
This guide is acurate but!! when you buy atack speed boots you wana go zeal and then shieldbow also lethal tempo is better all in rune and you can get to low cd q on lvl 1 so you don t push lvl 1 when they push you all in lvl 2 also you can take ignite tp its better in many cases to tp to help bot or top it makes life easier and on hard ap matchups after boots and zeal go mr atack speed item i forgot name but thats it.btw happy holidays

combo around 5:30 isn't currently possible, practice tool itemized for max cooldown (tier 2 berserker, kraken, phantom, and bloodthirster), 1.33 sec cooldown, tried exact items shown in video, even tried shortening the combo to be q [nado], q, r, by the time the second q starts r is already gray for a [albeit very short] noticeable amount of time meaning you have missed your window. Don't know if a patch made it impossible since the game they showed but that's the most logical thing I can think of. If you can prove me wrong please show how.

the tornado keeps the same trajectory, relative to yasuo, but doesnt go where the mouse was, in that way its very different from Ahris E! come on guys

A real Yasuo main knows to mute All chat and watch for enemy jg camping your lane...nothing else matters. Not items, not gold lead, not teammates...just don't die while getting ganked and you will scale. Mute the chat to silence the haters.

One thing to mention, when hit the third q, if they are in auto range you can sneak in one auto and eq through the target but be sure to ulti after you pass the target. The reasons are: eq then r after the 3rd q you will get a stack which is insane strong for a 1v1 giving yasuo 3 seconds of cc in a 4 second fight. ulting past the target will place you near the location of e starting point instead of behind them since yasuos ulti places you behind the target. if you r after you pass them you'll be placed in front of them. This way you can always be out of turret cause sometimes the r can be troll but also avoid being placed in self cc in the enemy team, rather closer to your own. Also you can eqf auto eqr which is the maximum damage. Keyblade with auto being airblade and beyblade combined.

No you clown lux main, they talk about eq on another target, I'm saying if you land the q skillshot on a close target, you can auto eq through that same target then r. And people call yasuo mains toxic when we have to deal with mouth breathers like you.

I'm watchin the combo and at the same time asking myself "wtf is that Teemo doing?"
The reason why the EQFEQR Keyblade combo works is because the second E resets the cooldown that Q is put on, only when that cooldown has less than a second remaining. That is why the secong Q has to be done through the dash, otherwise the target lands back down before the cooldown finishes. Problem is, when I test this in practice range, the E does not in fact reset the Q cooldown, and it is not possible to connect a Q while the target is airborne, because they are only airborne for 1 second, and the unreset Q cooldown is 1.3 seconds. This however is different from when I turn on the "auto refresh cooldowns" option, as the Q is not put on a cooldown in the first place, meaning I can easily replicate the combo.
Does anyone have any idea as to why my testing is giving me the results that E does not reset the Q cooldown?
Q reset when we E while Q is on cd for 0.5s or lower. maybe increasing your attack speed can add some window so you can land the combo. minimum attack speed for blade combo for yasuo is 1.40. try higher
