Added stats allow you to factor in external boosts which may change the allocation of certain stats to get better results. For example, if your shikigami's best set has 300 cdmg, but you are already running SP Kaguya with an addition 120% cdmg boost, then you might deal more damage by stacking atk. Added stats will let the calculator know and it will calculate accordingly.
