😊😊 hi Tati, you need to try FOUFOU (yes, there is fouTou and fouFou in Côte d'Ivoire). FouFou is made ONLY of somewhat ripe plantain and we eat it with a specific type of light soup. "The Abouré" people from Bonoua are the ones who eat it. It is amazing!! 😋😋
That is how i remember my grandmother making fufu with ripen plantains alone in Trinidad. We call it "pound plantain" and the eating of it is dying out.
Wow!, you brought back my good old memories in Cote D'ivoire. There was nothing interesting than getting a glass of wine and aloko foutou for lunch. You got me subscribed to your channel.

The preparing of the find amused me , quite different from his we cook in Nigeria , Yoruba culture, interesting to see the men eating together from same plate as we used to do in my childhood days. Combination of cassava and plantain pounded together must be a very heavy food. Thanks for ur God work. Love ur videos.
Tati the melon seed is akatua ( agushie) and we also have wer3wer3 to , this particular one is very difficult to make and it really need much attention, the work on it is like making palm nut soup. It very delicious especially with chicken.
Taty! Another amazing video💥💥💥. Your intelligence shines through in how your content evolves from start to finish📚. I was captivated from beginning to end🔥🔥🔥. So many things going on that made this content great. Let me start by praising Ala for amazing camera shots📷 as the food was being prepared. He zoomed in at the right angles and peeled away to lay out the right perspective for the viewer. Not easy to do. Ala is a pro on that camera! Cote D'Ivoire fufu making is different from us in the regard that men do not pound fufu💪🏿. I was the official fufu pounder for my grandmother. I always saw men as being part of the fufu making process. However, never witnessed a man selling cassava or plantain at the market. And you capture that narrative on camera so well. You are a TH-cam genius📚. Road to 40K shall be surpassed soon! Loved it as your siblings and daughter filed through the gate from their museum excursion🤼. Great looking family with awesome personalities. It was great to see💗! What you are capturing on film is incredibly rich, and someday your daughters will love looking back on this "history." Your content is fantastic and we are here for it. Keep it coming!
