If you are considering rehoming your pet dog (or cat) because of behavior issues, financial hardships, life changes, or because you're moving, then please watch this video for some suggestions and alternatives. In this video, I address the sad truth of what happens when you rehome your dog, as well as common reasons for why people rehome their dog, and I provide available resources to help avoid possible rehoming situations.
I am not a certified dog trainer but this video was made based on my personal opinions and experience volunteering with shelter dogs through an animal rescue. The purpose of this video is to spread awareness of available resources to help you keep your pet.
