Vegans who say, "killing animals are murder" are ridiculous to me. Lots of the animal kingdom kill each other for food and protection, but if WE kill animals for food or protection, it's evil. My guy, I just want a steak once and a while lol.

@@damkmankm3755 No, we are different from animals, that doesn't mean that we don't have things in common with animals. i was vegan for a few years. The first few years I felt great, after the 5 year my health deteriorated. I was still a vegan 3 years longer until, I thought about whether I would eat meat when I was pregnant, my first thought was: yes for my child I would eat meat, my second thought was: if I think this diet is unhealthy is why am I still doing this. Since I've been eating meat again, I've got color in my face again and don't look like a living corpse.

And my opinion stands: If you say, humans are different from animals and therefore have to behave different, you can not also say humans can eat meat because animals do to.
Regardless of your world view death is very important event for any creature.
I see how Sam sees it: like, the main things happen now and you better focus on them rather than thinking of death, which does not matter at all. But we Muslims focus on both. Our classic scholars used to say: past is gone, feature is ambiguous and what you have is your present, so focus on it and benefit from your days and hours. We are very focused on every single moment, since everything will be rewarded (good and evil).
The point Hashim was bringing to Sam is: honestly ask yourself questions, don't pretend like everything is just a coincidence, think, reflect.

Not eating meat is a Western luxury and is an arrogant lifestyle towards people who do not have that luxury to only eat greens. People in countries and places who are relied on eating meat of their catle and don't have anything else to eat are evil? It has been made halal to eat meat and made strict rules to make this permissible so that the animal experiences pain as little as possible. Subhanallah who has made everything balanced.

You should have explained the Sunnah of eating meat. The Prophet (SAW) ate it 1-2 times a week only and also went full weeks' without any meat at all.

Think about this. 42 billion light years is what we can see in space with our technology. Unimaginable distance that we can not comprehend with the mind we have. The Creator is not part of the creation. To be born through a birth canal as human, eat, drink, piss, and shit is not consistent with being a Creator. The creation can not be higher than the Creator, which is implied when you say God came DOWN to earth, for what, he needs nothing, nobody, nor needs to beg anyone to recognize and worship him. He created humans to worship one God, no son, no daughter, no parents, no family, only GOD. Think about it, if you still cant see than good luck. You are unable to refute it because you lack islamic knowledge, What I would suggest you to create a list of things that make you think of leaving Islam. Then point by point do research and answer your points. A lot of ulema have already answered it all, but if you took time to research and reason with your self you will understand.

also pigs have a thick flesh, it feels the pain while you are on its way towards the jugular but for other hooved animals the jugular is fairly close to the exterior so they render unconscious much faster than pigs. Also i don't know if it is published or not but fat people feels more pain when slapped as opposed to slapping people who are not fat. So maybe fats have something to do with pain receptors?

We have to repent for all the unholy, lawless transgressions of God’s commandments done willfully or unknowingly, in order to obtain mercy and grace so that we might not be judged and fall into condemnation, the condemnation of eternal hell.

What is confession of sins?
👉 CONFESSION! The guilt of sin and it’s condemnation is rolled away if one truly regrets his sinful past and confesses them in the presence of Jesus Christ.

Sebenernya hal yang paling mendasar perbedaan islam dan kristen adalah yesus sebagai tuhan dan yesus sebagai nabi. Yang jelas gw masih ga percaya aja ALLAH turun ke dunia dan memunculkan wujudnya sebagai seorang manusia. There is no where says you cannot eat, drink. Muslims listen Allah command not to eat , drink what Allah said. If you want you can eat, drink and it is your free will to eat, drink or not. However in the end you will be Judge accordingly.
Its not so much of a free will, if you get severe punishment for it.

Example You go to school to pass or fail class. If you pass you find nice job and work make good money. If you fail then you work with minimum wage and survive. If you disagree then what is free will to you. I can give many examples. You must know that the creator is the only one can make rule. We servants must obey or we cannot make judgment because everyone else will have their own way.
