Guests of all ages are invited to the party of the year at Frankenstein’s castle, where they’ll dance along to remastered classic rock hits performed by their favorite classic Universal Monsters and “the ghost with the most” - Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, BEETLEJUICE.
This show closed permanently on Jan. 5, 2016 to make way for Fast & Furious: Supercharged, opening in 2017.

I will never forgive Universal for replacing this AMAZING show with the not so fast not so furious “ride”
the one thing i loved about the final day was how they used N Sync's ''Bye, Bye, Bye'' as the closing song which makes sense given that Joey Fatone got his start performing in the show back in the 90's
He was there for a show on the last day! Saw a photo on Instagram.
To see this end really hurt my heart. I first saw this show when I was about 7 years old, loved Beetlejuice and it became an instant favorite of mine. I was so, so lucky to see it again this past November one final time. I have made friends in Orlando who share the same love of this show and we were all crushed to see it end. Thank you to the cast members who made this show so memorable and fun to watch. Thank you for posting this video
+StarStealer there was one more show after this which was exclusive to the team members who worked there, and when that show ended, the waterworks began to flow with the cast (even Frankenstein teared up)

It was one of the highlights of going to Universal back then when you were a kid, it was this and Back to the Future.. E.T. King Kong, which I had only rode once my entire life and time going to Universal.. Jaws, which I only rode once.. such great rides, will always be fond of them.

Does anyone remember the old guy who drove a disabled scooter who used to work for Universal as a Team Member on this attraction around 2013ish? He used to be there before the show as the theatre was starting to fill and would really get into the mood singing and swinging his walking stick to 'I Love Rock N Roll' to get the audience going. Was worth going to this show just to see him.

It's a sad world when they put too fast too furious over beetlejuice I mean come on seriously no taste and idc how old beetlejuice attraction is you're never too old for beetlejuice(he's what keeps me strange) plus I never got into the furious franchise anyways and just like they took out 'back to the future ride' you can't get awesome style like that anymore

I love how they take 2 songs and mash them together in a very seamless way like how they mixed welcome to the jungle with Dr feel good is what I think the song is called just super cool
It’s a shame they got rid of this show! Beetlejuice is iconic! Now today’s generation won’t even know who he is... this actor playing Beetlejuice does a great job. Very funny stuff. “I see you went horizontal on me.. those horizontal stripes make your uh.. - you look great!”
It sucks it's gone, but you really think they have no idea who Beetlejuice is? Walk into Hot Topic...Spirit Halloween...any movie store and there's tons of Beetlejuice merch. He's iconic and that has only increased since the 80's.

Just imagine how long it must took for them to learn and memorize their individual songs and dances and be in sync for bj's classic possession scene for just *ONE* show and they do the same show for probably the whole day so it must take awhile for them to rehearse to the point of no bloopers on stage
well they also rewrote the crazy song and a few others to fit the show!

i miss beetle juice every time i went to universal i will see the show and i am so sad they took it out when i was 4 i started to watch the show and now i am nine and i am so sad they took it out. give this a like if u miss beetle juice
Dawn Marie dang! You’re young! Glad that even kids loved Beetlejuice. Just shows how much of a mistake it was to close it.
It's disappointing that Universal discontinued both the Beetlejuice and Bill and Ted's Halloween Adventure. Both are which are based on good movies I've seen.

My first time I've been to universal was June 2014. I really wanted to experience this attraction because "Beetlejuice" was my favorite horror movie.But sadly I never got a chance to do it!

I've been a preferred annual passholder since 2004, and I always say "I'll see this some other time." I never got to see this show. I regret it now.

It sucks universal is replacing this attraction with some "fast and furious" thing... Really loosing interest in their decisions now I'm really depressed first jaws and now Beetlejuice well i guess their is no reason to go to universal anymore... 😐

Gonna miss the show . I always went to see this everytime I went. Literally RIP Universals original dead mans party!Also loved they added an actual bj song into it.
I've only seen it on TH-cam but in the 90s show the very end had bj on those little rigs with 1 puppet on either side of him and the arms and legs hooked up to his arms so they move with his arms abd in that part all monsters acted like they were possessed by him and started to dance to the banana boat song it's not made by these guys and the quality isn't good but it's the 90s so it was expected but in that show the very end was the most famous song in the movie which was the banana boat song if I say the wrong name I'm sorry I just never really watched the movie enough to know the song but that's what I call it if I don't call it the day-o song
The day this show ended was the last time I went to Universal Studios. My daughter always went to the show on her birthday, She was devastated when they closed it. We have so many pictures of her with the cast on her birthdays. She always made the performers little goody bags for her birthday.
We have yet to return to Universal Studios. Mostly Disney nowadays.

It's really a shame this was the final show, this one was way better then the ones that came prior to this one.. I remember as a kid and early teen when this show was good, it was worth seeing, I always got excited seeing this.. last time I saw this I was an adult and that's when they tried to update it too much, and I stopped coming.. this actor was a really good one.. I'll always enjoy going to Universal parks, it just makes me sad all the classic attractions that made the park famous are gone or being updated now.. thank God for TH-cam, I can always go back and watch my favorites on here.. I also think they should at least have the cast around so you can do meet and greets with the characters at least.

I wonder how many of these actors cried after this? It's emotional to do a show for the last time and kinda heart reaching to know you can't do it again.

David J. Schow wrote about this show in one of his columns for Fangoria magazine waaaay back in the '90s. I remember thinking I wished I could go see it. And here it is. Thanks for uploading! It's strange that Wikipedia makes no mention of this show on its page for the Beetlejuice franchise. But I think it would be funny if they made some reference to it in the upcoming sequel. Schow wrote that the Beetlejuice character was a pretty good choice to host a musical revue that introduced the classic Universal Monsters to a generation who might otherwise have no knowledge of them, and I agree. He's a natural fit. If you've never seen those classic monster films, I recommend them. There's a reason why they're called classics. And if you've never seen Beetlejuice, I'd recommend that one too.

They totally need to bring this show back I haven't visited universal orlando since they got rid of this show they take away all the great things in life and thus was my enjoyment it was also my childhood totally got in the front row everything and saw every shiw in the day they need to bring this back for good I miss it so much 😢 💔
I saw one of the daytime showings of this that day. Wow, didn't know what this was happening. Glad I got to see it the day before as well.
At least E.T. and Terminator 2 and Horror Makeup show are still open.

This show has been here for years it was the best thing around . Universal needs to stop and think before they make more mistakes. They are going to loose a lot of people. This was the first attraction that brought me in . I kept going for this . I guess they lost me.
My favorite part is the Annie are okay and he starts holding up signs 😂
With Beetlejuice 2 in the works, I am still surprised they are getting rid of this show. I'm not a fan of the Fast and Furious attraction coming, but that's mostly due to I've only seen the first 2 films and had no interest in any of the others that followed. With all the classic attractions and shows gone, except for E.T., it makes me wonder when they will announce E.T.'s closure and replace it with something else.
+eviltom17 They can't replace E.T. because it is tied to Jurassic Park on a contract with Steven Spielberg. If they get rid of E.T. they have to get rid of Jurassic Park.
+KeySeeker13423 Didn't seem to stop them from getting rid of E.T. at the Hollywood park, the Jurassic Park ride is still there, too. :/
I liked it more when they just displayed the cars along the lot as you walked through the park.. I never saw it as ride potential, maybe if they built it like Test Track at Epcot, then it'd be ride worthy, but I hear it's just another 4D experience ride..

As a guitarist the way the actors use guitars as props and never actually play them but let the music do it is scarier than any horror movie I've seen lol

The phantom of the Opera isn't a new face he was one of the original monsters in the show in 1996 I believe is the correct date the show with him I've seen on TH-cam was performed where beetlejuice was in the coffin operating hands of a fake mummy only to appear in true fashion by the crowd calling his name 3 times

+heidi fair grieve It's gone now :( It's last show was December 5th, 2015. From what I've seen, it's been completely demolished at this point to make way for The Fast and The Furious ride. No current plans announced to bring it back that I know of...

As much as I loved this version of the show, I did think having "Sweet Dreams" and "Let's Go Crazy" done twice each in a 20 minute show was a little excessive...
I'm really am losing interest in universal now I mean first Jaws Earthquake aka Disaster Twister and now Beetlejuice the fast and furious and Jimmy Fallon nothing but screens 😞😢

+MagicCityMayhem The forbidden journey and skull island I'm okay with but I don't like Diagon alley because of Jaws it was one of the last classic like ET and the true reason I'm losing interest in universal studios Florida is because they are losing thier classics and Disney has done what they failed to do if you go to Disneyland and the Magic kingdom they have rides that been around since 1955 and 1971
+Andrew Fontanez you obviously haven't been to the Magic Kingdom in Florida in awhile. Hard to find many original attractions there. It's the nature of the beast. Theme parks change. They're not museums. That's why videos are awesome. Love the change! Keep moving forward!

+Andrew Fontanez How about a multi angle video of the Skyway from Fantasyland to Tomorrowland? A POV walk through of Mickey's house is sure to get some views! Point is, all theme parks close things. Some rides and attractions mean more to some than others. But you shouldn't "boycott" a park if your favorite ride closed. Check out the new stuff!

the only thing left at universal studios orlando from park open day is the et ride. they only care about $$$ instead of good rides and family shows they even got rid of the ghostbuster show and now there is talk about another movie with the old cast minus one
