In my college, they taught us the mnemonic VAN (Vein, Artery, Nerve) from medial to lateral.
And thank you for the video.
Glad I could help :)
2:08 Femoral nerve and femoral branch of genitofemoral nerve are 2 different things.
Femoral branch of genitofemoral nerve is present in the arterial compartment of femoral sheath whereas femoral nerve is present outside it.
3 : 50 sec ur point ☝️ explain
I use the mnemonic NAVEL (lateral to medial)
Nerve
Artery
Vein
Empty space
Lymphatics

VAN = Vein,Artery and nerve from medial side. Lymphatic close to the vein
Thanks.. ☺
Just wanna make a small correction, it's the LATERAL BORDER of the adductor longus that makes up the medial border of the triangle, not the medial border. The video was great though! You make everything so much easier to learn!
no
Thnx dude
about the borders: Its Lateral border of the adductor longus muscle
thankss
Downloaded for personal use
Gonna answer on my own comment, Lateral border of the adductor longus muscles according to moores but medial border as you said if you are learning according to Gray's

I'm here to learn how to be more lethal with a knife
you are making it so confusing ....
I'm here to learn how to be more lethal with a knife
to what end? it is an interest in mine too. but unless you have a practice system it is only knowledge, might be useless when it is time to use it. But i guess if the knife comes out you had better know how to use it. Maybe it might be better to direct your strikes toward nerves rather than arteries for maximum pain rather than lethality. unless loss of life is not a priority. curious to know.
No. People can fight through pain. An artery just bleeds and bleeds. As far as to what end. What other end would there be to being lethal? I do agree practice is a requirement but having knowledge is better than not having it
