You mean mnemonic? Ok tnx
Great pneumonic sir and really thankful to you for sharing it
10 years later and these great vids are still rocking it
no problem at all! glad you are finding them useful! :)
Ddsssddd
Which app do u use for these tutorials?
I also wanna know this s@@badarfatima1435,
that's great! my aim is to make learning anatomy a bit easier and to break up the monotony of revising from anatomy textbooks!
this is the way to teach anatomy.. please no more confusing drawings
If I graduate med school you my friend can get as many free services as you want im not even kidding you're saving my life so I'm in debt until I can save yours lol.
how long till its over?
Did you graduate 😄
Are u a doctor now leena? 😂
Hey leena are you a doctor now 🌚
hey leena u a doc now?😂
Thank you and hope they are helping! :)
Thank you very much. You have helped me so much, I have my lab test on muscles coming up and I was very confused but you have explained the muscles well
Amazing videos they really supplement my anatomy professor's lectures.
Keep up the great work and bless your heart 🌸
ALL OF YOUR VIDEOS AND METHOD OF INSTRUCTION ARE EXCELLENT- THANK YOU!!
Thank you so much professer.
You're my favorite anatomy teacher out there
Love your explanations🥰
Those videos are a GREAT help.
I don't know what would've happened to me without having those videos to help me understand and memorize muscles as I have my musculoskeletal exam in a week.
Thank you .. Thank you and Thank youu
Your tutorials are awesome. Thank you for taking the time to make anatomy easier to learn for us.
This is the best way to teach anatomy...no more textbook learning...the 3d models and your explanation is really helping me learn. I don't think I need to memorize anything as you are so precise in explaining it. Thank you so much. You are doing a wonderful job. God bless you.
Thanks so much for this. Would love if you did videos on the muscles their action and also showing the action potentially by contracting the muscle and showing us how the limb moves by cause of contraction and how the opposite muscles lengthens 😃
Thanks for all of your great efforts ! Very helpful videos 👏🏼
Your videos are literally getting me through Occupational Therapy. Thank you!
Great explanations! Wonderful! Now anatomy is not difficult, but enjoyable, and a lot of fun! Thanks for the precious explanations! You Are a wonderful teacher :))!
Fantastic. Thank you so much for posting these videos. They are brilliant.
these videos are absolutely brilliant.
Your videos are so good !! Thank you so much ☺️
so good ..i understand them well really thanks
great videos, they're very helpful in giving me a better visual understand compared to book work, thank a lot
Thank you so much ❤️ you are a savior ❤️💗 you make everything so easy .
Hello I have got weakness in my calf n hamstring muscles, what is da connection
Thank you very much! It’s very helpful.
Tremendously impressive and wonderfully instructive videos. Thank-you so much. Very helpful in preparing me for a major course for in advanced myofascial release which I am about to begin. Thanks again :-)
Fantastic video, thank you so much!!!!
Thanks.. it really helps
using different layers with your computer model appropriately along with your dialogue is super effect to help me get a better understanding.
sir u are an amazing teachr.. Wondeful lecture ..THANKYOU ..GOD BLESS U AMEEN
Thank you so much, it's helpful ❤
Helps a lot. Thank you. AZ
How Adductor Magnus plays role in medial rotation of hip? as the muscle fibre attaches on posterior part of the shaft
Thank u sooo much!!!!!! Wonderful explanation!!!!
Thank you for these awesome videos. Just wanted to confirm one point. Correct me if im wrong... adductor longus, brevis and magnus adduct and assist in laterally rotating the thigh at hip joint..you mentioned in the video that they adduct and medially rotate the thigh..
Yes... the action is laterally rotation
Thanks everything is clear after watching this video.
thanks for sharing dear, god bless you.
Thanx alot ..it's so helpful
ha ha that's great, thanks for sharing! :)
Phenomenal!
Thank u sooo much! this helped A LOT!!!!!!! :)
great video thanks
very helpful......
You’re awesome!!!
Has anyone had muscle tendon transfer of the upper leg. I would to ask a few questions, as I am awaiting this operation in London.
Good work
thank u very much they r great videos but i wish if u can make videos about the arteries , viens and nerves of the lower limb
Thank you so much sir
thank u so so much you,ve been a life saver ^_^
Best explaination
Thank you so much
الله يرضى عليك 💗
Thankyou so much ❤
really good
Thanks for all these videos, but I have to correct you! Not all the adductor muscles rotate the femurs medially( intra rotation) and this is a common mistake! The adductor Magnus ,for example, yes adducts the femors, but it does extra rotation of the femurs! If you look to the insertion of upper portion of it you will see that it inserts on the posterior aspect of the femurs so when it contracts it rotates the femurs laterally . And the same about the adductor Longus!
Thank you ❤️👍
many thanks.. 💐
Thank You
I have never seen a better video than this.thanks.
nmksdsu, I had this question also, i think the medial rotation comes into play when the hip is already in abduction and is laterally rotated. If your legs are in anatomical position they only medially rotate very slightly. If you were lying on your back with your knee flexed and your hip abducted and you then you adducted your hip it would also be medially rotating.
Awesome👍👍👍
thank you
Couldn't agreed more!
Thank you! :)
What is approximate length of The pectinous muscle, discussed at appproximately 3.00..? My chiro says my adductos magnus is about 3" short instead of 5-6". Seems to me he must have been taling about the pectineous muscle.
please i need link of application that used to explain in this video :((
Love from Nishtar...
Conclusion : when you have a pain in the legs , difficult to know where it comes from...
Absolutely
i thought pectineus muscle was one of the muscles in the anterior compartment of the thigh..it is also innervated by femoral nerve
Since it adducts and flexes thigh at hip joint so therefore it can be included in both anterior and medial compartments
4:41 isn't it the LATERAL border of adductor longus that forms the medial border of the femoral canal?
I am sorry for replying so late. But if you haven't still understood the concept... The adductor longus muscle kind of twists around so that it's medial and not lateral border forms the medial boundary of the adductor canal... I hope it helps
@@hadiiqbal5200 Ah thank you, that makes a lot of sense to me now!
Please tell me the name of the app you're using??
There's an app by 3D4 medical called Complete Anatomy that is, in my opinion, far better that the one being used here. It is very complete, and they also post videos in TH-cam using the app, so you can see for yourself if you like it. The only negative is that it can be a little expensive, around 40 dollars if I remember correctly.
Im not sure but i think its better to consider (pectineus )muscle as a part of anterior compartment since its innervation is by femoral nerve
It's a hybrid muscle and has innervation from both femoral as well as obturator nerves. So I guess that, it's position as well as the fact that it helps in adduction, puts it in the medial compartment
You have intermuscular septa dividing the the thigh into these compartments. It’s not about the innervation or the action.
Thank uuuu
nice
thank u thank u thank u thaaaaaaaaaaaank u
What program is that
ZygoteBody
The order, from superior to inferior
You don't want your "Pec"ker to be "Brevis", but "Longus", maybe even "Magnus".
Pectineus
Adductor Brevis
Adductor Longus
Adductor Magnus
This is grt 😭😭😭
Am i the only one who doesn't believe that we human have a muscles until i ripped my skin off and saw the muscles by my own sight! 😂
Haji, damet garm.
It means you are cool. Supercool.✌🏻🤩
these adductors do rotatio externa
not interna
Thank you you a real g
el fantasia
waaow, how do you memorise all of this?

Watching after 12 year 😌
