    I am a woman age 61 and found your channel last week and have been doing your workouts ever since. I feel such a sense of accomplishment when I’ve completed one of your workouts! Today I did two and with your workouts I am hoping to reach my weight loss goals and tone up this old postmenopausal body in no time! What I love the most about your videos is that they are challenging but doable and I want to keep exercising daily without injury and your workouts seem to fit the bill perfectly!     Love the short, "no floor" workouts. I hate exercising, but if I can do a quick jaunt without getting on the floor, I will always do a few a day. Thank you!

    Please don't stop making these. They are easy to do for us girls with limited mobility and a little more fat to work with. No floor moves, no talking and minimal squats. I sweated alot and burned many calories. Thanks so much!

    I have adhd and this has been a game changer for me. I have tried so many workout videos but yours just does it. Simple/ barely any talking or information overload/ motivating 20 second segments and simple moves that still give you a workout. You struck the perfect balance of everything anyone needs for a workout video.

    In case you thought you were just going to work your midsection in this workout, you are not! This focuses on the “midsection”, but it is a TOTAL body workout with cardio mixed in. It’s a comprehensive workout and doesn’t just work one body part. That’s what I love about Brian’s workouts - even when you’re tempted to get a little lazy and do a little less, he’ll make sure that you do your best! I feel great and worked every muscle in my body!! ❤😅 Workout complete. ✅

    I have toned up so much with your workouts. There are so many amazing ones I wish I had more time in a day to do them all! I have to say I have gained so much motivation from your workouts and I had to ask my husband to watch me, because I swear they are so easy, am I doing them right. I was dripping sweat he said oh yeah it's working and my heart rate was elevated. They are just so low impact my body doesn't hurt I thought workouts should be painful! With you they are not, thank you.

    Hi Brian, I want you to know that you are amazing and your workouts have helped me so much, I had my wonderful son in Nov 2019 and by 2020 SEPT I was 94Kg , from my usual 69 or 70Kg, I am a very tall lady, it was bad, I started watching what I eat with the help of your videos and did some of your workouts which btw I do up to today, I would like you to know that my last weight last month was 75Kg, 😊but m still working on my tummy and upper body.     THIS WAS SO FREAKING AMAZING. ONLY COULD DO HALF OF IT. WAS UPTO THROW UP AS I DID SOME OTHER EXERCISES EARLIER. I BELIEVE THIS WILL HELP MY LOVE HANDLES AND ALL MY BODY. THERE WAS ONE MOVE LIKE THE AERO PLANE ONE, MY MUFFIN TOP WAS CRYING!!!!!!! HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS ONE AND GONNA DO THIS TOMO MORNING, THE WHOLE WORKOUT 🧿❤️

    Awesome! Love it!
    I would do this workout again.
    Standing workouts are easier because of fewer issues with moving my phone around to follow along.
    Maybe just have a short intro at the very beginning for people to get adjusted.
    I also appreciate the amount of talking being kept to a minimum.

    Thanks Brian ,I do this workout every morning before going to work and different workout every evening after 30 to 40mins run plus with good diet during the day,coffee & lemon ,cider vinegar and I feel like I'm getting there...
    I've lost 3 kgs already in less than 2 weeks...
    Really struggling with baby fat but I'm getting somewhere now
