This is a wonderful plant to have in your yard for many different reasons . 🤔
It is extremely beautiful and comes in the color purple and pink and white and the bees and butterflies just love it . 😍
It is also a edible plant as well as a medical plant . 🤔
You can eat everything on this plant from the flowers and the young seed pods and even the twigs and young leaves and even the routes are used for medical purposes and food both humans and animals can enjoy eating from this wonderful 🐶🐱🐰🐮
    🌺 Pillar Rose 🌺
It is full of vitamin c which is good for your immune system. 🙂
It helps with inflammation in your body . 🤔
It helps with your high blood pressure and is good for people with diabetes. 🤔
It also helps with healing urine infection . 🤔
It helps with sore throats and colds and flus . 🤔
It has many health benefits by consuming the flower and the leaves and the young seed pods .🌺🙂🌺
From one plant you can produce thousands of them through the seed pods in the end of fall when they begin to drop . 🤔
Buy spring you will see many baby seedlings sprouting all around the mother bush . 🙂
All you have to do is move them to the place you wish to grow them like a wall border area . 🤔🙂🤔

Thanks for the information; I didn't know the health benefits! I do find it to be quite invasive...

A native alternative is Mock Orange Illuminati Tower. The tag shows it grows up to 4' but it actually grows up to 8'.

    How do you prune them?

You shouldn't need to prune, but if you want to do it in late winter/ early spring, They can be pruned hard or little, up to you.
