I used this video to burn in a pair of A7V's. Initially I was planning on starting the video and coming back after 8 hours, but I felt sorry for the Adam specialist, so I checked in on him several times, making sure he was still there. Much respect for his perseverance! ;-)
Not only has Adam Audio created the groundbreaking technology of A Noise, they've provided a digital (although somewhat reluctant) companion to keep you company during the 8-hour burn-in process. Always going above and beyond!
After watching the entire video 3 times from beginning to end because I loved it so much, I feel I have upped my level of game and now see much more clearly now. Thank you Adam Audio for the enlightenment. Without you, I feel incomplete. lol, loved the video idea, very funny! (Jokes a side, Love my a77h's in my 7.2.4 pure Adam Audio studio)
Hi @hollisyeates230! We have another video specifically about breaking in your monitors: support.adam-audio.com/hc/en-gb/articles/8184992931602-How-long-does-it-take-to-burn-in-my-ADAM-Audio-speakers- Maybe you can find some useful information there :)
Do i need to set them up at specific volume? One more thing, please. If i haven't done this 2 months ago when i bought my monitors, is it pointless to do this now? Thanks in advance.
Hi, if you have been using your monitors for a while, you won't need to do this anymore, as the speakers will be set to their permanent state anyways with the use. The goal of the burning process is to achieve this state in a fast way when you get brand-new monitors.

You may want to update the title of the video that this was April 1st prank. I understand it now, but I just bought a speaker of yours, watched your other video about break-in and it said that I should use noise. I found this video, downloaded the file, played it for 8h and started to use the speakers. Then I realized the filename had april-fools in it. The video is white noise, many comments suggests it should be pink noise. Does it means trusting this video made suboptimal result?
Hi @manokovacs.! Thanks for your comment. Even if this was an April-fools video, the noise file can indeed be used to break your monitors in. It is only important to use a signal with a full spectrum and over a certain period of time. So you don't need to worry about any suboptimal results. I hope this helped you out, enjoy your new monitors! :)

Struggling to see the funny side of this? Spent a lot of money on Adam Audio and would expect better to be honest. As someone that is new to owning monitors I need guidance? Should I use this to burn in or not???

If only they had this guy spend 8 hours working on S-control software instead.

Very nicely played!
does it matter what volume i set my studio monitors to as long as its the same for both?

I like that kind of ASMR video!!!! Burning all the demons inside me with A-noise.
Hab es tatsächlich erst geglaubt... Bis ich das Datum sah :D
😄 alles richtig gemacht. Das Signal kannst du jedoch tatsächlich nutzen um deine Lautsprecher einzubrennen. Best Grüße aus Berlin nach Berlin 🤝
How load must the volume be?
if it doesn't hurt your ears its not working
I felt asleep somewhere in the beginning, need to start again 🤡 and again and again.

yes its a good noise for burn in, they just made a funny video out of it, but it works
Ah, yes. The sound of quality.
Can this also drive a car ?
There is no change in the shadow behind if its sunlight it should change,
You wont sat continuously 8 hours right??
It's artificial light. People don't use real sunlight on set. Unless it's for a specific effect, otherwise it's done with lights.
have you ever heard of a neat invention called light bulbs?

Happy April's fools
IF BOUGHT 2 SECONDHAND MONITORS FROM 2 DOFERENT PEOPLE WILL THEY SOUND DIFFERNT IF THEY WERE BURNT IN WITH DIFFERENT METHODS?
Hi BARNEM! That depends on the speakers and how long they have been used. With good speakers, there is usually no big audible difference
cool bro im buying the t8v's this week brand new the thought of have one slightly different to the other makes feel uncomfortable @@ADAMAudioBerlin
